I never EVER leave reviews. I never feel like I need to but our experience was awful. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and it was not busy whatsoever. Our server was nice but she charged us too much for our meal and we didn’t notice until we left. For one of our meals she asked us “Which two sides do you want?” So my mom thought two sides came with the meal. We had no idea we’d be up charged for BOTH sides. That was bad advertising and the server shouldn’t have done that without telling us. We just wanted to get out of there. One of our meals was messed up, the kids popcorn shrimp was gross and dry, drinks never got refilled, she never asked if we wanted anymore rolls, and by the time we got our food I wasn’t even hungry anymore. We’ve been a few times this year and each time it got worse and worse. We’re never coming back.
We had a party of around 20. The server was fantastic. Paying our checks was a totally different matter. It took over 30 minutes for half of the group to pay before we could leave. The manager should have stepped in and helped but instead wanted to blame her wait staff. Your staff can only be as good as it's management. Waitress gets a 10. Manager gets a flat ZERO. And her arrogant attitude a minus 10
The food was very good. Our service was excellent. We are so glad we decided to stay. We were initially considering leaving because the girl who was attending the host stand was very rude and not accommodating. She refused to seat us in a both because " none were available " and then preceeded to seat the next 3 table in booths adjacent to us within 5 minutes. I gave her the look every time she passed by and enjoyed the atmosphere otherwise. She's the only reason for the missing star.

The hosts and our server explained that they were very short staffed and it was obvious. My server had several tables all over the place - not his fault that things were slow moving. We waited about 20 minutes and got a table. They brought out a salad for us and we had no silverware. Sweet tea tasted like water. Rolls weren’t hot. Fried mushroom appetizer was very greasy. I ordered the fried cheese and bacon burger and well, look at the photos. They replaced the fried cheese with literal cheese sticks and they weren’t even cooked. Very hard. My burger was ordered well done and it was still raw in the middle. The only thing that server did that bothered me was when I sat down at the table, I told him I had a to go order also. He said “I’ll get it when your food comes out, that way it’s not sitting and getting cold” I said okay. After the food came out and we complained about it, I said “I’ve still got a to-go order” and he literally said “well are you sure? It’s gonna take about an hour” and I was mad. I still tipped him well after the manager took off the burger but I won’t be back there. The cooks in the back obviously have never cooked before.
My wife and I chose Logan's Roadhouse over Cracker Barrel as we are frequent eaters at CB and wanted to try a different place to eat. We were disappointed that we did. We were seated right away and our server took our order very quickly and returned with our drinks, also very quickly. The problem, although there were few people eating at the time we got to the restaurant, was that we waited 30 minutes before our food arrived. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin with broccoli and a sweet potato and my wife ordered a grilled chicken salad. My wife's salad was good, but my sirloin was tough and filled with gristle. The best that I can say about my meal was that the sweet potato and broccoli were good. I will be a very long time before I go to this or any other Logan's Roadhouses.
Great food prepared just like you want it. Atmosphere is great. A little slower on the food prep time than most but with a full bar and great friends spending time together couldn't be any better.
My coworker and I came here for lunch today. We arrived about 11:10am and were seated promptly. The food was great. The service was meh. Which I didn’t understand because there was hardly anyone else in there at the time. The restaurant appears very dirty. The floors had just been hosed down and was still very wet and slick in some places with no wet floor signs. There was obvious signs of the booths needing to be cleaned, especially on the bottoms facing the other booths in plain site. Im not even sure what it is, but it looks disgusting. 2 stars for the food.
We were seated at 12:30, didn’t get our food until 2:30. The waiter was nice (the reason for my two stars) and stated they were down 3 cooks and 2 servers. No salads were available. Our steaks and shrimp were cold. My father and I both ordered medium steaks and they were cardboard hard. I couldn’t even eat mine and I am not one to complain. I eat whatever’s put in front of me. I don’t blame the server, and I’m sure the cooks were doing the best they could, but if you have paying customers you have to make sure things are edible. The waiter did make sure we had everything we needed and the drinks were refilled promptly.
Great food prepared just like you want it. Atmosphere is great. A little slower on the food prep time than most but with a full bar and great friends spending time together couldn't be any better.
