This location always has the best fresh pizza and they actually know how to cut it properly, thier crazy bread is always on point...My Grandson Oliver needs his crazy bread a few times a week we drive the extra few miles out of the way for the quality and smiling faces...

This place is going down hill fast. I eat here atleast once a week. First thing that happened was I waited 25 mins for the 2 people in front of me to get their food. Second I waited 15 mins at the window just to have my food be wrong. I ordered a lunch combo and an Italian cheese bread. And some how ended up with an Italian cheese bread and a crazy bread combo. When I brought it up that it was wrong the lady said oh well that’s what she rang up. This is ridiculous why not just make it right. But instead just say oh well and send people on their way. I’m done with this place. As someone that owns a business myself I would never treat people that way. Have to remember that service is key.

Terrible service.extremely slow and unorganized. Pizza reheated and old.do not recommend

Take the extra time and go to the in town Cullman location. You’ll actually save time instead of waiting in the long drive thru for pizza that’s never ready. And when you do get your pizza, it’ll most likely be wrong like this amazing crazy bread that is over cooked and in one piece that was shoved in the bag.

If I could give zero stars I would. Closing 45 minutes early, leaving the automated speaker going, back door standing wide open, while the employees played on their phones in the handicapped parking spot. This store has gone down so far I won't be back nor will I recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered the sticks and slices and the cheese bread was so burnt it was inedible.

Staff is a joke including the manager. I ordered online and drove 20 miles to pick up only to be told they were out of boxes. I was advised the charges would be refunded the next day an of course they weren't. I waited another day before calling to see if maybe the refund was complete and jt wasn't. I called to speak to the manager who was not only unapologetic but also rude. The manager advised it would be 4 days before refund could be issued and hung up.

Asked for a classic pep an classic cheese. U charged me for the extra most best-est, which wasn't what I ordered. When confronted at the window his response was I'm pretty much lazy and don't want to make a classic so I charge you for an extra pep pizza.U need to lose it job sir or kid.next time I will make you refund me my dollar and make my God damn classic Pizza..

Every single time I come they are out of everything. Like just take it off the menu if you're not going to order it or you're too lazy to make it.

Called an order in, got to the drive thru and it was backed up, lobby closed. When I got to the speaker I told them I had a call in order and gave my name. I was told that they were only accepting cash. I was not told that when I ordered. Good thing I had cash. I asked if I could come in the lobby and was told again that it was closed. When I finally made it to the window they asked me what I ordered. Then walked away from the window. He did not come back so I asked loudly if they had my order. He told me they did not. What a perfect waste of time. This took about 20 minutes. This is poor management and of course you get the same excuse...we are under staffed. This is ridiculous! Oh and there was people in the lobby ordering food....needless to say I will not be back.
