This used to great, quick and quality pizza. The pizza has recently came out undercooked and doughy. Long wait for low quality pizza :( The restaurant used to be known for “hot and ready” and it simply has been neither for a long time. The restaurant doesn’t maintain their scheduled hours or drive thru service.*update*I posted this while waiting for my online pickup order, now 25 mins past my pickup time watching the employees come out to chit chat and smoke … still waiting
If you want raw pizza and raw breadsticks. This is the place to order from… how has the health department not shut them down
they don’t answer their phones, and the pizza is doughy. this can make someone extremely sick. do better. i wish i could rate you a 0 but that’s impossible so i give you, a 1.
Bad had to wait 45 min then gave our ordar to someone else then had 2 wait another 45 min for our order agsin
Went a couple of weeks ago for Crazy Bread around lunch time. They told me they had one supreme and one other pizza, and if I wanted anything else, it would be a 45 minute wait.Later in the week, we went to the one in Jasper. They ran out, but told me if I could wait 8 (EIGHT) minutes they would fix us a fresh batch and bring it to us in the car.Tried the one in Cullman again today. Ordered crazy bread for myself and my granddaughter. They told us they only had one - didn’t offer to make more - we just have 1. Btw, this was at lunch time.
If I could give them no stars then I would. I ordered crazy bread & Italian Cheese Bread & the crazy bread had a long gray hair in it & the ICB was so old it wasn't edible. Then I go to get a refund & both the managers are rude & they would not refund my money. I will never waste my money tere ever again.
Honestly, one star is too much for this place.1. Don't bother calling. They won't answer. Doesn't matter whether they are busy or not.The last of multiples times that I tried this, I tried calling them from across the road while I was wrapping up grocery shopping to place an order. 7 times within 30 minutes. The drive thru was empty when I drove by the first time, and when I arrived. When I got to the drive-thru I sat there for 5 minutes, no one came to the window. Parked, went inside, and there were three employees, two of which (an old heifer and middle aged fella) were bickering back and forth about who-knows-what. The other one was MAYBE 17, apologized because he was only three days into the job, and proceeded to take my order. After he told me they couldn't (wouldn't?) make the cheese bread, I asked for a regular supreme pizza. He asked the heifer in the back, and she said 20 minutes. Again, I was the only person for a while, but for a single pizza... 20 minutes. I walked out, went to Buffalo Wild Wings, and got much better food, for the same wait.2. As mentioned, hope you don't have a craving for cheese bread. They're always out, and refuse to make any.3. Other than the boy referenced above, most every time that I've been to this place, it's been operated by the lowest class women, who make it obvious that they don't care...about anything. To be NICE, they are rude, slovenly, etc.You can look at my review history and see, I very RARELY leave reviews like this. If it's not a positive experience, or something that is particularly bad, I leave it alone. But this is the norm at this location, over the course of months, and I'm done with it. Hopefully, this is read either by a potential-customer, and provides them a red flag to steer clear, or reaches the person who owns the place if they are interested in running a decent and respectable establishment. The Little Caesar's in Warrior and Gardendale is head and shoulders above this sorry excuse for a business.
Started going to this little Caesars because there pizza is much better quality than the new one on 157 on a scale 157 is a 1/2 a star on quality ! Cleanliness definitely lost a star on this location from the floor to the counter anything you come in contact with was dirty . Things scattered and unorganized cleaning bottle sitting in the sauce spot . Girl wiped her nose on fingers before taking my card . And was not very customer friendly at all but hey everyone has bad days on the not so happy side but the nose wipe was not great . Pizza was though .
The store has gone to absolute trash, no one picks up the phone if you get there at an hour or 2 before closing they say they can not make any more pizza, the didn’t even cut my pizza after having it made, drink was warm temp. It’s terrible service there won’t be returning....
I had ordered 10 pizzas for my kids birthday party to pick up on Monday 11/22/21 and I got an email the next day saying the store cancelled my order and that it was refunded. checked my account and I never got a refund. tried to call the store to ask how long the refund would take to process and ask why my order was cancelled and nobody answered the phone. now I'm livid. it is ridiculous to cancel a large order placed 3 days in advance! I will never go to this little caesars ever again! and if I have been refunded by tomorrow I'll be reporting it to my bank and calling the corporate office to lodge a complaint about the terrible service!
