Drive thru took way long than expected and I ordered a chicken snack with mashed potatoes and gravy instead of fries. I got home to discover that my chicken snack had been given with fries despite them calling it back to me correctly. Also the fries are barely salted and taste disgusting. So I guess I know where not to go on my lunch ever again.

Ordered the chicken stuffed potato and there was more burnt beacon fat than chicken. It was not up to par with other BBQ places
Flounder sandwich was good, nice change from a hamburger. Service is extremely slow at the one in West Point near Cullman. If there's three cars in line your going to be there at least 25 minutes.
Poor service. I went inside to place an order.After waiting at the cash register for about 10 minutes watching a young man keep his back turned to me bagging orders slowly for drive thru window never once looking at me until i spoke. Also a woman was facing the front messing with the ice cream machine 2 feet away and again never once looking at me until i finally asked was anyone working the front counter . The young man finally looked at me and said no. I then looked at the woman and she said no. I mean come the **** on people. If you are not going to take my order or any order, have the decency and tell the only person in line your not taking orders in the lobby instead of "IGNORING THEM". Just guessing that was the issue because you just told me no and nothing else. I will no longer stop at this place . Service has been bad for a while but this takes the cake.
Iced coffee is delicious. Just had the flounder fish sandwich today and it was delicious.
Even though it’s slow I like to come here when I’m not really in a rush. The food is always good and if something is wrong they do anything they can to make it right.
We love Jack's! We go there every time we go in to town. The biscuits are always fresh and hot. I love their chicken too!
I understand that mistakes will happen. But I really don’t need an attitude from the punk working behind the counter telling me that he didn’t get the order wrong. Then when I open the biscuit that I paid for extra bacon on, and there’s no bacon, it would be a good time to drop the attitude.Then getting home to find out literally none of the order was correct I gave up all hope on that place.It’s absolute trash. If literally anything other fast food joint would open up in the area it would put that sorry excuse for a restaurant out of business.
