I just moved down to Cullman Alabama from up north. Every one told me Jack's was great for breakfast. I tried it out and this will be the last time. The food was good, but I got the rudest service I have ever seen in food service. I went thru the drive through and got down the road to find half my order was missing. I turned around and went inside to get the the rest. When I mentioned that I had come thru the drive through and my order was missing, the cashier bagged the missing items and tossed them onto the counter and just glared at me. Even other customers noticed and shook their heads.**edit**After writing my review I cheked the order, and I can't believe it but it was wrong again?.They put the wrong food in the bag. I went back inside and told them this is the 3rd time, can I please get the correct food. How can operate this way?

Went here to get Dinner for the family. Had to repeat each item I was ordering multiple times. They were out of most of the shakes. The staff member working the drive-thru was rude. After asking for multiple different shakes, I asked what they had in stock. The guy told me to just tell him what I wanted. I explained I had already asked for 5 different shakes that they don't have so instead of wasting my time just tell me what they do have. My order was wrong. I didn't feel like going back to have it fixed since the order they gave me matched what I was charged for but my order was inputted wrong. I was shocked because I had such a great experience at the Dodge City location. I will give this location another chance at a later time and change my rating accordingly.

I go to Jack's every Friday to pick up a biscuit bundle and two pints of gravy for the office.I tried to call in this morning and the phone would ring once and disconnect.When I got there the manager said they had been having phone problems.Call a repairman!!!I'll be back on the 10th. I hope the order can be placed on the phone. And add one more person to your morning shift.

This jacks use to be good. I came there a few weeks ago and two younger girls, one at the window and one on the headset, we’re extremely rude. Their attitude was awful. The same girl that took our order last time was also on the headset tonight and was still rude. The last time I complained to a manager and clearly it didn’t get fixed, and the same manager even told me she has already gotten a lot of complaints about their attitude. 0/10

Awful. We ate at the one on main in Cullman last night. They were dead. We ordered steak and cheese biscuits so the steak should have been cooked fresh, it was soggy and not even hot. The biscuits had fallen apart and they just threw the peices on top of the steak patties so it was just crumbs that went everywhere as you tried to eat them. The frys we got weren't even cooked all the way. They were still white without Even a tint of golden brown and they were cold as well. Jack's is one of my favorite restaurants and after working in the food industry for over 20 years I was highly dissatisfied.

Ordered two sausage egg and cheese biscuits. The eggs were still raw and on a cold biscuit. Tried calling the store and no one answered. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru and hardly anyone in the lobby. What’s the excuse?

They rip u off on milkshakes.. if ur going for that try somewhere elseNew addition— ordered a sausage egg & cheese biscuit 5/3.. the eggs were old! I spit out my mouth full of biscuit and took the egg off which i paid for.. called the store for no answer.. then again to which they answer.. basics of would i like to get something else? No I have a job hence my reason for picking up jacks to begin with.. test ur product & Fifo & throw away food out of date!! You can literally smell the rotten egg.. so no excuse

Jack's is always good, but ordered the fried green tomato special for 3.99. Rather have done without the fries and had more than just the 3 tomatoes that came with my order. Thank you!

I ordered a Strawberry shake and my shake was only 3/4ths of the way full just like the last one I got there. When I asked why, the blonde at the drive through says it was full before they blended it but it must have settled after blending. She didn't offer to fix it. Also when I asked what was on the new burger, she gave me 3 ingredients to it and I had to ask what the rest of them were. She just had a rude tone and really needs to work on her customer service. I won't be back.

Went through the drive thru had no wait time. Ordered a large lemonade it was awful. I wouldn't recommend it but I would definitely recommend the cheeseburger. Staff is always speedy and friendly. Bonus points because everything inside is wheelchair accessible.
