Waited to get order, then asked tl pull up( no one behind me) got order. It was wrong. All together was there for 26 minutes. Was not short handed. Had enough crew ( 4crew I could see) and a Manger..The dinning room closed. No excuse. But the crew was extremely-extremely nice, well-mannered crew members. If food had been right, it would have been a great visit.
You would think the employees wouldn't be slow when the store is pretty much dead. Dude working the window looked messy and was eating while working. Wash them hands before dealing with customers after having them near your mouth. Gross, my dude.
Always forgetting something from my orders. Slow window time when not even busy on a dead Friday night. Kid in the Adult Swim shirt eating while walking around. Kind of rude. The girl was nice. Think her name was Abigail.
Delicious. Lobby closed but they're very nice and welcoming if you walk thru drive thru. Order online from phone while waiting.
Hours say that they're open until 8, but I just pulled in and all the employees are sitting outside talking and joking around. Pulled up to the window and there wasn't a single person in the restaurant.
I believe it was Wednesday when I got Hardee's due to the fact that Wendy's drive thru was closed. I love Hardee's but had never had it from this particular location. I wanted to order that hot honey chicken sandwich that I thought they had, but apparently didn't. So I just settled for the Frisco and went on my way. Can't go wrong with a Frisco burger.I ordered a chocolate milkshake for myself for the ride home since I was craving chocolate. I got handed this right when I pulled away and I noticed that the milkshake was barely half way up the cup. Why should I have to pay $1+ more for a milkshake that isn't even filled up all the way?That building is so hard to get in and out of, I decided that it wasn't worth going back but lord, if you're going to let me order a milkshake, fill it up. The two young boys were okay and seemed nice. Manager on duty was out front smoking, crouching behind bushes and talking on the phone.Very disappointed.
I assume the quality of their employees is just terrible these days. Apparently 5-6 employees is not enough to open the lobby. And apparently 5-6 employees is not enough to run an efficient drive thru these days. Not to be that guy, but in my day 5 or 6 workers was enough to run a fast food restaurant during the busiest hours, they can’t even keep their drive thru time under 15 minutes. Sad.
I won't be back...the the second time ive been so far and both was sad...I don't mind waiting if get fresh food but they treat you like a burden bc you want to order then take forever to get old food then I'll gladly go somewhere else

Went to get food after work and waited at the drive through for 10 minutes and then came to the window. I didn’t see anyone so I walked inside and finally the workers came from outside smoking. We ended up just leaving and going somewhere else.
