Hands down worst fast-food place in town. They never ever ever get my order right, your lucky if you only have to wait 15 minutes for your order (as long as no one is in line). The food is ok most of the time. It would be a better Hardee's if someone tore it down and build something else in it's place because that is how awful this place is.
My husband a truck driver went to Hardee's today and had a very bad experience. He normally eats between 10 an 11 but got held up at the trailer yard in Cullman. So he went to the nearest place to eat at 1145. Parked in gravel lot in 18 wheeler and made a straight line to side door. Lobby door was open. No sign on door saying lobby was closed. Got hollered at by employee that lobby was closed. That if I wanted anything to eat to drive thru drive thru. He explained that he was not in car but 18 wheeler out side. They told him guess you won't get anything to eat we will not take order in lobby. He asked if they could make exception cause he was very hungry. They said flat out NO. He turned to walk away they changed mind. He told them he didn't have time for bull ::::. That employee stuck her head out door and hollered at him to be safe out there. He hollered back going to be hard to be safe out there when he is hungry he might run over someone. This experience made him so mad his blood pressure probably went thru the roof cause his face was so red hot. Truck drivers are being treated like crap except for Jacks they treat them great.
Breakfast was BUSSIN!! Frisco sandwich combo Dr. Pepper, bacon egg cheese biscuit, cinnamon roll ? keep up the good work hardees morning crew yall are smoking the competition
Always great biscuits in the morning. Loaded omelette is the best.
I've had some problems with the evening shift with my orders but the breakfast is the best!!! Far better than Jack's and they stay open for breakfast later than them as well
As usual, breakfast was awesome! They have the best biscuits in town! Fast & friendly service! Very sweet girl working drive thru. She was very accomidating. (Tho I Didnt get her name).
Had to ask for food to be rewarmed, not the first time I've gotten a refrigerator cold bun or croissant with the burger or egg.
Sitting here the only car in drive through was asked to pull toward saying waiting on fries and onion rings 20 minutes later still no food6
Love their breakfast biscuits, and appreciate them for opening the dining room, there's a lot of places loosing our business because of long drive through lines.
