From my order on 2/6/22 - The charge on my card was updated overnight to include an additional 32.87 - I have contacted the store and corporate and I still do not have my money refunded as of 2/26. I was given one call to tell me it was a “Ghost” charge in the system and the refund would be coming my way, alas still nothing and no other updates. Why can’t I come swipe my card and have it replaced right then? Why can’t you all give me my refund in cash? Why should I have to work and work to get money back that someone stole by entering in a erroneous tip for themselves? Why is the burden placed on the customer and the employees, manager, nor corporate seem to be able to give a solid answer on the situation. I will never eat Dominos anywhere else, even if it was free. I will suggest to everyone I know in Cullman to avoid this location, unless you want to be double charged and for more than your actual order was worth no reasoning what so ever.
Sam, the associate at the window was so nice. I really felt that he was glad to wait on me. Wish all employees were like him.
Online ordering is fast and simple. They also show where exactly they are in the process of your order and it’s always correct. I hate when I order online from a restaurant and then call to make sure they received it and they have no idea I even placed an order!
3rd time that a pan pizza with 4 toppings had raw dough. 1st time, I was told because I had 5 toppings and it doesn't cook as well. Okay...but for 20 years, 2 States a 1 foreign country, no problem with 5 toppings. I did receive a free pizza for my complaint. I also started having just 4 toppings like today's order and I checked off "well done." You can see how doughy it is in my picture. No, I don't want a free pizza. But I think the thermometers of the oven should be checked for accuracy.
We will NEVER order another pizza from Dominos again. $20 for a pizza that wasn't worth $8. That's highway robbery. I'll warn everyone not to go to Dominos pizza in Cullman, Al!!! It's definitely no longer the place to order pizza!!

Our Domino's is pretty good as far as service. Food is good and I've had mostly positive experiences here with the people. Only complaint I have is that thier business has outgrown thier location. Often times the drive thru line is all the way out into the road and wait times are high at peak times. Build a bigger location easier to access and maybe two drive thru lines.
The Domino App was simple to get started. LOVE the easy order!! Prices are great. You just need to add coupons. I done a window pickup. The business needs to cut that bush they have out! Upon pulling up I noticed a very clean store around the outside of the building and parking lot. The drive through line was long but went quickly, OUTSTANDING! The lady’s t the window greeted me and was very kind. My order was correct and the food was GREAT! Good job!
