I went to this spot in cullman and ordered an ice cream cake sounds simple enough. Had to give at minimum a 48 hour wait for preparation. I'm about to make my 4th trip in hopes for a cake 24 hrs after it should have been ready for my daughter's birthday. I'm glad she's 26 if she were still a child dairy queen would no longer have a roof.
Only leaving a 1 star because it is required. We we’re so excited to be able to order out for work today & chose your DQ. We we’re highly highly disappointed. NONE, I mean NONE of the MULTIPLE orders were correct! Nuggets on a CLUB SANDWICH! What?! Not to mention Mr. Thomas shorted my co worker $10! &&& who hands you a ice cream cone first before you are handed multiple orders with drinks and sundaes!! RIDICULOUS!!! Do better DQ, Do Better.
Someone needs to describe to the manager what wild caught Alaska salmon is and looks like. What they serve is cheap whitefish. Their publicly displayed menu sign plainly said Alaska salmon which I've honestly never seen offered as a sandwich so I wanted to try it. Very disappointed. False advertising or blatant ignorance?
The young man Micheal S that took out order definitely needs to improve his customer skills. After taking our order he told the next young lady she would have to hold on while he placed his dinner order. We were shocked at his lack of customer service
Just had a hankering for ice cream after a long day of riding around applying for available places to rent, which is very rare in this county, so the family and I decided to get some ice cream. To make a long story short the drive thru was busy but moved along really quick and the reason why I found out when it was my turn to order. Anyway, before I could get the complete names of the items out of my mouth to order, the drive thru employees manning the headset would cut me off and press for my next order. Even tho kinda short and rude in nature she was fast and efficient and it worked to get us moved along as I guess she had been doing all along and that was why the line moved so fast. My only complaint would be I felt my order was only half complete because I was rushed with each ice cream item ordered was hurriedly pushed into my hands only half complete. Each item had no lid and we wasn't offered, handed or even given time to ask for any napkins. Who don't hand napkins when you've just gotten a butt load of ice cream for a car load load of children. Anyway the experience was ok I guess. A sticky mess but it was survived. I'd suggest completing the process of each order along with the speed and it would be ok I guess. I really didn't care for my cheesecake blizzard that I had gotten but that is another story for another day and another review.
Stood in line and waited as we were the only ones at the counter everyone just walked past us for about 5 minutes. Finally a lady asked us if we had been helped and I said no. She apologized and took our order.when the server brought our 2 peanut parfait she dropped one on the tray. By this time I didn't care took it anyway.
I love their chicken strips. Also I had a choco strawberry blizzard which is wonderful. The staff is nice and helpful.
We had a Banana Split and a Chocolate Turtle Blizzard. The drive-thru was super quick and the ice cream was delicious!
Our experience was just ok. The young man taking orders was distracted talking with some other young people, who were standing around the front counter. Our burgers were just ok.
They were very slow left people's orders sitting and the ice cream was melting. At one point I heard a lady tell a worker to pour the melted stuff half out and put more in on the top. That didn't seem right to me.
