The only way to describe this Chipotle is “eh.” When we arrived at 1 pm they were out of both kinds of rice, chicken, black beans and ice. The service was sort of spotty, even though they weren’t busy. Maybe they had just finished a rush. It wasn’t very clean and we ended up using baby wipes to get a table clean enough to eat from. We both got chicken bowls but were charged for one steak bowl and one chicken bowl. Probably wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.
Surprisingly quick and competent employees I was new to Chipotle and as I asked questions they were answered very thoroughly.
I LOVE Chipotle, but there is just something off with this one, this could/should have been a GREAT addition to the Cullman, but after 4-5 attempts to see if they could get it together, we just aren't planning to go back....
Called us back to say they had canceled the plant based chorizo early, after we already paid for it through their app and had the card charged, and that they were out of the meats everyone else ordered.At this point fair enough, things happen... Then we get there and they say they don't have burrito shells, so at this point our order has become something completely different from what we had planned on.Okay, frustrating, but still kinda whatever. Then turns out when we open the bag they actually had enough to make one of ours a burrito, which they had very sloppily wrapped in the foil so it was still well exposed...THEN, we get home and apparently they read extra cheese on the two real meat meals as extra cheese on ALL of the meals, so they absolutely drenched both our sofrita bowl and burrito that were supposed to be vegan in cheese.....I'd probably be a fair bit more forgiving if this was a cheaper, run of the meal fast food restaurant, but for the expense at a place like Chipotle this is unacceptable.
Very clean restaurant and friendly staff! Always smiling and never rude when taking my order. Rach is my favorite, always staying busy and very bubbly!?I definitely recommend the Cullman location! Fast and fresh!
The food was good and the staff was friendly. Food quality was great, everything seemed fresh. First time going here, and they did not disappoint. Some of the portions could have been bigger. I do wish they had more options. I did an online order and picked it up through the drive thru, and the process seemed easy enough. Though I didn't go inside, from what I could tell, it was clean.
Good place to eat! I would like to see, customers getting the extras, their paying for! Their attitudes aren't the best either!

The management doesn’t treat their employees fairly or like people in general. Two of the managers show huge amounts of PDA, and are just out right mean to the employees. Being a manager doesn’t mean you can get on a power trip, you’re still supposed to show respect to your colleagues.
Overpriced. The only meal I've ever been satisfied with the price from this location was a free one. Chips are always stale and either incredibly bland or salty, either of which makes them inedible. The food is not kept fresh at all, and I have received dry and overcooked food on more than one occasion. Pick up order has been wrong in one way or another every time that I have done it. I have heard of multiple health code violations and do not doubt they are true. You are HONESTLY better off going to Taco Bell.
