Just stopped in at Chick-fil-A to grab some lunch and we were helped by two of the sweetest young men ever!!! I’m not sure of the young man that delivered our food, but he was polite and friendly. Kell took our order and he was also very polite and friendly. Both young men made my husband and I smile and laugh during our interaction with them. All the employees there are always so nice and make our visits so enjoyable. We just love eating at Chick-fil-A!
This morning, I had to wait a really long time for my order. I get down the road and find that they burned my egg white sandwich, so I had to drive back and ask for a new one. Got a half-hearted apology and a shrug. Then later, I find out that they forgot the granola for my parfait. Didn't have time to drive back a second time. Don't think that I will be back. It's the last straw. I love their food most of the time, but two mistakes on the same order is too much.

We always go to Chick-fil-A when traveling. This was our first time at this location and the food was amazing as always. However, this was the dirtiest Chick-fil-A we have ever been too. Almost every table was dirty. Most of the employees were in a meeting and we thought once that was over they would start cleaning the tables off but it has yet to happen 20 minutes later. Also, we wanted to dine-in and 3/4 of the parking spaces were taken up by cones.
Very pleased with the Staff got my order fast and no mistakes, the place very clean and organized.
The food is almost always consistent! Let’s be real. If I said always. You’d know that I was lying. Everyone, place, business has a bad day every once in a while. The staff are always friendly! That’s no lie! Super efficient and on the ball! I do think some may be color blind. We’ve got a blue truck. Nope not dark blue. Bright and beaming ?. They’ve called it black! ? sunny day too! It’s all good. They got our name right! We love that place! Definitely recommend!
I have always loved Chik-fil-a. They have great food which is fresh every time, a wonderful staff whom are always friendly and helpful. And most of all, the company has a great moral and Christian compass. I will definitely be eating there again.
I like Chick-fil-A but I think over priced chicken fast food if you know what I mean I'm more of a sit down to home cook meal type of guy
I always love coming to Chick-fil-A because the workers are always kind and efficient especially Nolan Olivia and Pierce always making my day with how kind they are and the “my pleasure” gets me every time also Claude every time he is cooking makes the best fries and chicken
The Chick-fil-A in Cullman, AL is the best drive thru we've ever used! Everyone on the staff is ALWAYS nice, polite and very well mannered-SADLY, NOT very common at all these days...especially with young people! They don't make the customers feel rushed at all-no matter how busy they may be and this is important. They have a GREAT group of young people working for them!
