Worst restaurant ever. Manager is extremely rude and don't listen to what you have to say. We ordered steaks med rare which came well done and half of the steak was pure fat. The Manager said they only sell high quality steaks, more like high quality fat there was hardly any meat for the high price. Your just paying for high quality fat that is only well done no matter how you order it. Definitely do not recommend this place and they need a real Manager. The person they have in management Definitely don't need to be working in any restaurant. If I could I would give -20 Worst Place ever.
I ordered steak linch fajitas. I was halfway thru my fajitas when I found a metal wing nut in them. The server told me that the wing nut came off their meat slicer and they had been looking for it. A few minutes later the manager came to the table and apologized for the inconvenience. Fortunately I didn't break a tooth. When I got the check I was charged full price for my lunch. So much for customer satisfaction.
Worst manager in history. Go in with some of the ball team and they seat 6 at one table 8 at another and then would not seat the last four anywhere near the team. In fact they sat us all the way across the restaurant. They sat 3 more families right next to the team. All we wanted was a booth close to the team. NOPE. Don’t even want to give them a 1 star. I give them a —5 stars. Can’t even see the team where they seated us. Never again will I or anyone I know step foot in this restaurant Thanks BIG daddy with the ear rings trying to run this place.
Looove their Salsa and chips. my daughter loves the enchiladas and I'm never disappointed with the Cile Colorado, they even let me substitute the meat for grilled chicken.
