Charged for food and refused to make it. Seriously.
I hate how much that I hate this Burger King ??? the manager/rude lady that runs it acts like she hates her life. I am sorry you hate your life but cry in the back like the rest of us, I miss eating burger King. No wonder you guys are short staffed. I wouldn't want to work there either if you were my boss. The bad management has alot to do with the staffing issues at this particular location.
Totally enjoyed this meal!! Much better than the previous visit. Food was really tasty.

Was picking up breakfast through the drive-thru the only person with saw was very rude. We we were ordering ham and cheese croissant and the lady huffed because she said you mean sausage. No ham and cheese. Then when I asked for one regular and one decaf coffee she informed me that they no longer serve decaf coffee. My question is how many heart patients come through or people that cannot have caffeine and you either give them the wrong thing or do not have what they can drink. Probably will not go back to the Burger King on 157 in Cullman Alabama
This is the 2nd time I’ve came to this location at around 8/8:30 and the stores been closed. I’m guessing it’s because there short handed, but it would be nice to have signs up or something letting people know instead of having lines of people coming and going.
This is the third time I've tried to eat at this particular Burger King. I drive a truck so parking is always a consideration when picking a place to eat. There is plenty of parking all around. But the doors are always locked. They always say short staffed. Funny thing is, this is the only restaurant within a mile that is so short staffed that they can't open the doors. It makes me wonder. I do like Burger King but there is one just a few exits south that doesn't mind letting me in and taking my money.
The food was good but the lady ( I think it was anyway) at the drive thru couldn't have been much ruder. When I spend 40 bucks on some fast food I don't really want do deal with some rude employee that hates their job
On a road trip, pulled over to have a Whopper my way! It has been a while since I had one. I was not disappointed it was juicy, very tasteful, cooked perfectly. I only wish I could have sat and enjoyed it but it hit the spot on the highway! Great customer service in the Drive-Thru
Everything was great. They did forget to put my fries in the bag. Had go in to retrieve them.
