Awful service. Our waitress asked us for our drink order — we order at the same time and hasn’t came back once after. Got here at 8:30pm - when they close at 10 - and have been waiting for 45 minutes for our food. A party of 8 came in after us - ordered - and got all their food within 15 minutes…Got our food right at 9:21 and our food is cold… I ordered potato wedges and I got french fries… I also ordered a side Caesar salad and there was hardly any dressing (I was trying to wait for the waitress to come back but no where in site). My boyfriends wings were room temperature and the sauce had been sitting in them to where they look mate. Overall - Decatur’s Buffalo Wild Wings is 200x better
Our family goes there every other Thursday for buy the six or ten wings and get the same free. We have a big family and we think it's sad that they charge us a gratuity because we sit at an 8 person table and a glass of tea is $3.50. The wait staff talks about their regulars. If you don't have regulars you won't have any business. The food is below average , the management team seems like they don't care. But to charge a gratuity just because there's 8 of us even when the service is horrible is not right. It should be left up to the customer if they want to tip or not
I love BWW. I don't think I've ever gotten a bad wing. We had an awesome waitress, she was the bartender also and we happen to have sat in her area. She had our drinks filled and in front of use before the last sip in the straw was gone. She has a good attitude and takes care of the customer. There were also 2 birthdays that were celebrated and it included the whole restaurant. I say Happy you say Birthday!!!!
Service was okay, alittle slow on the drink refill but not terrible. The food service was slow though. Appetizer brought to table 20 seconds before entree. Fried pickles were not fried long enough, bunch stuck together and had raw dough between them. The entree was brisket sandwich and the meat was cold. It looked good but its like they forgot to heat up the meat before putting the sandwich together. 2/5 stars.

It was great, we went for my son's 12th birthday and had a blast. They even made him stand up with a bowl of complimentary ice cream so they could do a birthday shout out to him, he was embarrassed, but it was fun. Food tasted great.
After waiting 25 extra minutes for an online pick up order, we were missing part of our food. When our order was submitted, it was to be ready at 6:10, it finally came out if the kitchen at 6:30, along four other to go orders. The fries they claimed we were waiting on were cold by the time we got to the car. We were missing our carrots and celery. My daughter ordered a cheese curd burger, there were no cheese curds on her burger. How do you get an order for a cheese curd burger and put no cheese curds on it. I understand being busy and under staffed, but there should still be an expected standard. Very disappointed on this trip.
My co-worker and I arrived right at 11:30am on 1.26.2022. There were maybe 3 other tables of people in the bar area, but we were the only ones in the regular seating area. First of all - you could SEE YOUR BREATH inside it was so cold. No heat. Not even the slightest. Who wants to order anything besides a hot chocolate or coffee to drink? I ordered tea and once I received it, it was exactly 11:47 before the server came back to take our order. During this time she was nowhere to be found. Shivering, we put our order in. I got the lunch traditional wings with fries, parmesan garlic flavor. When my food came at 12:17pm the fries we so cold and the sauce on the wings were cold too which made the chicken cold. I am able to eat 3 of the 6 wings. I just couldn't do it. It was so cold and everything was just COLD and almost unbearable. A cold atmosphere and cold sauce on the wings is not a good fit. It will take me a while to try them again.PS- I have already reached out on the website
If you want to sit and drink beer and watch TV its fine. If you want to come here to eat its horrable. The waiting staff is great the building is a little dirty but not bad but the food was really bad. Maybe they were having a of night in the kitchen or something but I won't be going back. There's to many other restaurants in this town that's a lot better than this one.
