I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches.They were fantastic i could only eat 1. Great chicken on a great bun.

I rush here some night when I miss the cafeteria at work. Whoever is in the drive thru is always very sweet and pleasant.

Ordered 4 gyro @ 2 for 6, was charged 4.49 for each. Brought to lady on window attention and she said it's too late to put the discount on the order...no it is not. Simple recall of the order by the mgr to adjust...no problem. This is my last Arby visit. Buh bye

First off we went through the drive thru and we were told to hold on and then the lady comes back and said on my computer frozen if you want to order you will have to come in. And then once I get inside, the gentleman at the counter looked scared and just rushed me through what I wanted. There was no hello welcome to Arby's. I know when I worked there we acknowledge our customers. And then I got our food the curly fries were not hot. The roast beef was cut to thick. The only thing I enjoyed about it was my mocha shake.
Drive thru was packed but they moved everyone through very quickly. My order was correct and had plenty of sauce and napkins in the bag. Great job all around!
