Great Food! Fast Service. Friendly staff
Guy doing drive thru thought it was funny to do an annoying voice on headset but I could clearly hear his real voice once he took my money. He was very unprofessional. The food was cold yet I waited ten minutes and the cheese was old. Im really done giving this place a chance
We waited in line for 22 minutes and you ask nicely for something extra for the long wait and you get told no with a bad attitude
After having the girl on the intercom Eve to worried about laughing and joking around with her co workers I then proceeded to get home after a long day only to see my classic beef and cheddar had NO CHEDDAR! This is absolutely ridiculous.
I would rate 0 stars if I could I got in the drive thru line at about 9:45 pm and was at the speaker at about 9:48 pm, no one said anything to me I waited until 9:55 pm at the speaker then pulled up to the window and no one was there and the store closed at 10 pm. I had a door dash order so they knew I was coming and there should have been no problem with making the order. I used to love coming to this Arby's and now I will never be eating there again.
Awesome service. Despite it being only 2 people working there at the time I went. My order was correct and my food was hot. Great job arbys on Cherokee Avenue
Sat in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes and I get to the speaker at 9:59 and they won't answer cause they close at 10. They claim to be understaffed but here's the kicker. I use to work at a restaurant and one night, 5 minutes before closing time the entire lobby filled up with the high school football team and their families. I was the only person in the kitchen and I got through it... On mid wage and you guys start at 11 an hour. But hire some lazy people. They also only take one order at a time
I eat here at least once a week. The biggest gripe I have is the curly fries at carry out are always cold and I specifically order curly fries fresh and hot.
Saturday night, Oct 30, 8:15.Employees working short-handed.The guy taking orders and working the window was still very polite.
Great service even at the end of their shift. I always come through about 12am when I get off of work and the person at the window is always so sweet, carry’s on a conversation for a minute, and my food is always delicious. It’s always the same staff when I go through so I know they are trying their best.
