Delicious steak, asparagus, and rolls. Fairly good service- they genuinely seemed to try hard but there were several time consuming mistakes- one man got wrong desert twice, one never got a drink refill. We tried to be polite but should have been more assertive. Quite expensive. The gorgeous facility justifies some of that. Drinks were ok. Desserts are fabulous. Molten Cake small but oh so good. Cheesecake good. Creme Brulee delicious with a bit too much extra hard crust on top. I hated not giving them a five but will redo after our next visit. Overall we were happy and will go back for special occasions.
My husband and I had lunch on Saturday after visiting the Cullman Strawberry Festival. Everything we had was delicious, and our server was very good. The restaurant has a fine dining atmosphere but did not raise eyebrows at us in our jeans and T-shirts. If I were going for dinner, I would dress a little better. The beef carpaccio appetizer and mixed greens salad that I had were very good, best goat cheese ever, very smooth taste. My husband's New York Strip was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly to his specification. The steak was $40 so it was pricy, but the quality lived up to the cost. The server asked if we wanted yeast rolls before the meal, and orange rolls afterward, and all the rolls were really good.
We were dining and a woman came by our table while we were eating holding a dog in her arms. This was clearly not a service dog. For the price you pay for food I sure don't want to eat with dogs. I am also allergic to them. People need to realize everybody does not like their dogs especially in a restaurant.
I had the Patty Melt and it is to die for. My wife got the French dip roast beef and onion rings and it is great.
Everything was amazing!!! Service was as good as the food! We will be making this our new date night spot in Cullman.10/10!!!!
Outstanding experience. As soon as we got out of the truck, someone was holding the door open for us. We were an hour early, but immediately escorted to a table. Wait staff was excellent (can't recall her name, but she did tell us), she had great suggestions and offered info on menu items. We ordered prime rib and it was perfect. Background music not too loud and we enjoyed the genre. Delightful chat with Kelsey, who made us feel very welcome, like old friends (we're old lol). Looking forward on a return visit on another trip to Cullman.
Everything was phenomenal. We brought some friends from Japan and they loved it too especially the charcuterie board and the waitstaff was excellent as always.
