Came today!! Lady at the register that was taking orders was very rude.. in fact she rushed me and my sister to order. She cut us off in the middle of us ordering.
Food was good. But they need to use more illustrations for the food menu. It is hard to choose unknown food by going through the menu alone

Today I waited a while for my mobile order and they forgot to put it up on the counter. After 20 minutes I told them my name and they were super apologetic. While I waited, I observed incredible professionalism and efficiency between the staff. Even though I waited longer than I expected, I could tell this staff works diligently every day at lunch to do their best job. And the manager or whoever was in charge was really sweet!
The kindest and most helpful person who answered the phone yesterday helped me get a payment mistake (MY mistake) straightened out and I was so grateful. It was probably a huge headache for her, but she was so kind and light hearted about it. Thank you!!!My company orders Zoe’s delivered about once a week and it is always prompt, correct, fresh and delicious! Thank you, Zoe’s downtown!

Stopped on our way to the airport. Service was quick, efficient and very friendly. Food was great too. Saw on Google that it was a good option for vegetarians and vegan. It was!
We had ordered and they took a hour to get our food and then we went up there and they hadn’t made our food and totally forgot about us. The cheese was expired on the chicken quesadilla and the water taste off. This location has really gone down hill. The place wasn’t even busy in this one hour wait
My order was correct however the cashier(female with a fade) either wasn't paying attention or didn't care the I was there.She gave a woman a courtesy drink for her wait while I had a bigger order and wasn't extended the jester.Either she only caters to "Karen's" or she just assumed my time wasn't as important for a courtesy drink.Great food glad your back but sexiest cashiers that appear to be apart of the lgbt community will not be tolerated.
