Everything was good. The only thing I don't like is that the corn and cauliflower rice are served cold. Other then that for the first going its pretty good.

Chicken kabobs were very good. The hummus was thin but tasty. The potatoes were pitiful and tasteless. The fruit was a few sliced apples. Don't think I will eat here again anytime soon. Sorry.

The chicken salad was flavorful as was the salad, which came in a good sized portion. My very picky eight year old was even thrilled with the spicy hummus, which tasted almost like an enchilada. Service was quick and mostly friendly. Parking is a bit difficult.

This is the second time this has happened, so wanted to share. When you place an order for pickup, if it is ready before you arrive, it is bagged and set off to the side of the register. Both times, I've paid for my food and waited 15-20 minutes for an employee to later realize that my food was already ready for pickup. Today my food was the only bag on the counter. I don't want to be rude and reach over check to see if it is mine. Literally sat there on the counter for 20 minutes while I stood there. Please put another system in place.

The food was good and excellent customer service

The food is Zoe’s, it’s a chain so you know what you’re getting. The service, however, is not typical Zoe’s as it is horrible more often than not. Just went to pick up our order & after waiting 10 mins later than promised, I picked up my order to find 2/3 of it was missing. The lady at the register was nice & said my wife must have not placed the full order. I told her I placed the order & I placed the full order. She then said she’d take my order & it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. This is consistent with the service we’ve experienced at this location & why I am taking the time to write this review - the franchisee needs to invest more in their on boarding ASAP!

Took 45 minutes to prepare our food while we sat there in front of them waiting. I asked what was in one of the sauces and they said “idk green stuff”. A travel bus of a sports team showed up AFTER we ordered and their order apparently got messed up too, so a crowd of annoyed customers started forming. Food was received cold because half of the backed up orders were sitting on the expo line in open boxes. There was a black hair in my roll up when I got home and opened it. Also they tried to send us out of the door with only 2 out of 3 dishes.

Zoe’s in Crestline has gone downhill steadily for a couple of years. Now it is really getting bad. I hope the owners take interest in it and get it back up to par. It’s a shame they have allowed it to get so bad.

Please do not give this Zoe's your patronage. It is a total rip-off. It benefits from being the only "healthy" option in Crestline. The food tastes fine, but boy are they stingy with the quantity. I ordered steak roll-ups with a side Greek salad and it totals to $13 and some change. A steep price to pay when you hear what it comes with...The steak roll ups are literally two tortillas (not even pita) with more cheese than meat. 3 little slivers of steak are peppered in. And they are rolled and cut in half, for a total of "four" roll ups that are not longer than 3" each. The worst part is the up charge for the "side Greek salad". It is literally less than a handful of greens, a SINGLE cherry tomato cut in half, two slices from a cucumber, and three kalamata olives, with some fine feta powder on top. The amount of dressing they give you is about 2x what you probably need for the size. When I say it's a pitiful excuse for a salad, I mean it.Save your money, go somewhere else. A new business should really take that prime location.

Great Food and Location.
