While I was down under the weather, my spouse went to grab a bite to eat. We elected to go to Zaxby's instead of chic fila as the portions allotted are "more food for your money" in our estimation.When we opened the wing and things box, it was very skimpy. There were probably 15 fries, 3 wings, and 3 tenders. The portions were small enough that I felt I had to go back and bring this to their attention. If we were going to get small portions, we could've just gone to chic fila.Fortunately, I didn't face any resistance when bringing my box to the counter to show them the oversight. But I would've rather not had to come back out to the restaurant for something like that.I'm giving 3 stars because of the quick way in which my issue was resolved. But I should not have had to deal with that in the first place.
Placed my online order at 10:26pm… said it would be ready at 10:37pm upon pulling up to the drive through window I was greeted with a bunch of young kids would only wanted to play around… and the disrespect is HORRIBLE! I was handled my drinks and told to pull up ON AN ONLINE ORDER! so I waited another 10 minutes asked for my sauce before pulling up TWICE! The young lady who bought out my food was just as bad! I asked if my sauce was in the bag she said if not pull back up to the window! I told her I had already been waiting 20 something minutes at this point and she just walked off!! THIS IS TRUSSVILLE! DO BETTER I WILL NOT WASTE MY MONEY HERE ANYMORE!!! Management needs to step in our Zaxby’s will end up closing down ! Maybe it’s what’s best if that’s the best they can do
Don’t go here. Placed an order in the drive thru and had two cars in front of me. Didn’t take long to get to window and pay but was told to pull up.. waited 30 mins, eventually went inside and my order was forgotten. Got my food quick but got home to eat and my order was wrong and the food was just bland with no flavor. Just don’t waste your time it’s not worth it.
The food was great. Employees were very nice and even cooked me fresh hot tenders because I recently had dental work done and couldn't eat anything to crispy.
Waited over 20 min after paying for food asked to pull into parking lot with 7 other vehicles I felt bad because they had a very sweet associate going around trying to find orders to match cars I didn’t get my order until sometime after the lights were cut off in the parking lot… this was not a very great experience at all
We ordered 2 grilled salads today, in the drive through. Got home and there was no chicken on the salad. Tried to call the manager of the store just to inform them and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before a worker returned to the call to hang up the phone. I called back, no one answered the phone. We often purchase from this store, this is very poor service and quality of food. Disappointed and will no longer support this store.
My family and i had lunch from here today. Food was excellent, there were six of us and we all really enjoyed our lunch. The service was fast so the food was still hot when we got home.
I've had great experiences at other Zaxby's restaurants and when we passed through town it was a unanimous decision for the family to get dinner here. Unfortunately this restaurant does not live up to the usually high standards for this franchise. While ordering, the young man taking our order was short with us when we asked how many pieces were in the kids meal; first he didn't answer and when pressed, he was wrong. After pulling up to the window, we paid and were quickly handed our drink and asked to pull forward. This isn't unusual, many fast food restaurants do this to make their wait times look shorter on paper and get to customers with smaller orders further back in line. I pulled up to the curb to wait where after a short wait I was asked to park in a parking spot. This apparently is standard practice here since every car in line ended up in a parking spot. After what seemed like an unusually long wait for fast food, we received our order. The cold milk was thrown in with the warm chicken which made the chicken cold and warmed the milk on the way to our hotel. The chicken themselves were dry and lacking in flavor. Of the three drinks we ordered, two were wrong, one of which was supposed to be diet due to dietary needs.Overall, I would recommend selecting a different restaurant to eat at. Between bad service and sub standard food, this restaurant isn't worth the stop.
They are quick with Door Dash orders. When I've eaten here it's always hot and fresh. The employees are fun and professional. The prices are good for the amount and quality. 5?s
Manager and front staff were very rude.The guy drive thru cashier was rude and the girl helping the drive thru guy was rude. The manager should be an example for the employees not join in with the rude behaviors. She should set the example but she did not care about anything but joining in on the disrespect.This location has quickly become a place not to go. They have set the experience at the lowest of expectations. Zaxbys used to be my favorite place to order food but this service will have me looking elsewhere to spend my hard earned money.The waits have become long and quality of customer service has all but disappeared. This is Trussville and I expect better but this was terrible.
