This location just don't care about the quality of the food. Our company will even go on a long break away from them and try to go back but we're quickly reminded why we stop going in the first place. Food tasted like burnt oil, the cole slaw was spoiled and no-one will ever answer the phone. they need to shut this one down and re-do everything about it because people spend too much money here just to get anything.

If I could rate a zero I would. Keep placing DoorDash and Waitr orders and they won’t accept any and keep canceling my order. Called. Won’t answer the phone. Horrible customer service. These people don’t want to work. Low life people.
Please show your coworkers what the difference is between Ranch and Blue Cheese Dressing. Just because they are both blue packs, doesn’t mean they are the same.
I have been to this Zaxby's 4 times in 2 months and everything the service is awful. 3 of 4 times I have gone I've been told they are out of everything but chicken fingers and its usually around f 7-8 PM when I go.Avoid this location.
Was in the drive thru at 4:20PM and received some of the worst service of my entire life. After being rushed to order, the order taker had a nasty attitude as if I was I inconveniencing her by placing my order. When I got to the window, the cashier had acrylic nails that were over 3 inches that curled downward. Having worked in the restaurant industry, The Jefferson county health department states that acrylic nails may be worn but that gloves have to be worn as well. I will be referring this to the health department for further investigation because this is a sanitation issue and food safety hazard and against the health code of Alabama.Update: After realizing the owners only respond to positive reviews, more action will be taken.
Food is good. But the employees are ALWAYS rude. I don’t expect 5 start service. But they literally never let you finish your order in the drive through. And get an awful Attitude when you ask them to repeat what they said bc they speak so fast and unclear.
Arrived at 9:40p to be told they were “out of food”. I asked how that could be possible, and she said, “we are closed, and not making any more food.” I asked why they were closed during posted hours, and she refused to respond to me. This was the second time they’ve done this same thing to me over the past month, and the owner deserves to know about his employees stealing time(ie money).
First of all they can never hear when they ask you for your order. We had to drive up to the Drive-thru and tell them our order. All ways with a bad attitude when I go! They Never give the orders right like what most people have said. And it’s True. And yet very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This lady right here didn’t wanted to take my order this third time I went because I’m WHITE ! This place needs to shut down !! Worst Zaxby’s I’ve been too ?
Even at the last minute the wings were excellent. Probably better than earlier hours. Kudos closing crew.
The service was fast , friendly. Our food was great . We enjoyed our lunch there and when we left we were told have a great day. Definitely going back.
