One of the few fast food joints that i like. Consistently quality and if there is a problem they go out of their way to fix it. Unlike other places who seem impossitioned when you ask them to fix their mistake.

The line was a bit long, but it was worth the wait. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and hot. Excellent service.
I got the exact same salad from the zaxbys in hueytown and it tasted and looked nothing alike ?? The salad from hueytown was so neatly done vs this one

Usually it’s pretty hard to seem disrespectful through a drive thru speaker but today’s experience proved me wrong. Not only was the cashier rude but she also proved that she wasn’t listening by getting almost every aspect of the order wrong. Being short staffed is no excuse to not hold your employees to any standard of kindness or excellence. Next time, I think I’ll just make the drive to Vestavia Hills.
I only ever order the salads and they never disappoint. The lettuce is always crisp, the tomatoes amd cucumbers are always fresh, and the fried onions are a welcomed crunchy texture.
