Would not let me order the advertised 14 inch pizza, because “they couldn’t make it”. Place was unclean and workers looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. When the pizza finished cooking, they walked from table to table asking if this was your pizza. Seems they don’t have a system for remembering which table or customer the pizza goes to. No sodas were available, only tea and water. Best part of the experience was the tea, was actually good. Pizza came out looking like this(See attached photo) That’s just sad. Oven needs to be cleaned as char got stuck on my hands when eating. Went to bathroom to wash up and noticed both toilets were clogged. Will not be back to this horribly managed establishment.
Excellent pizza! They were short staffed and a bunch of us from a convention came in at once. The sole lady working was so friendly, competent, and fast. The food was perfectly prepared, though we had to wait a few minutes. Well done!
Pizza wasn't bad. There's one guy there that makes the operations run; other workers leaned on him. If he's not there, the place won't run. They were out of a lot things, sodas (had a sign), sausage, and pesto sauce, my wife's second choice after being told they didn't have chicken to do the BBQ chicken pizza. We were over charged. Lady at the register over charged us (same as another comment). Went to ask about it and the lady had to get Mr. Do-it-all to help her.The place was not clean, dark inside...probably won't be back.
I waited in line 1 1/2 hours before I got to the point of ordering and the pizza wasn't tasty at all! They didn't have any soda's to drink, no water to purchase, it was extremely crowded due to a church convention and it was "HOT "!! I wouldn't recommend going there if you're from out of town!! It's not worth the money ($14) for a small personal size pan pizza!!??
2 time in here, and this time im trying the cheese Alfredo Pasta. If you're around downtown, and wanna try a different pizza style, this is the place. 100% recommended ???
Well.... Who knows... You can't place an order online, or take a carryout order. Although the options are available online on the website. I tried using the online option and it wasn't available and I tried calling to be told its walk in orders only. This is a pizza place. What kind of cockamamie low rent establishment have they put in the high rent uptown district? This is a national chain isn't it? Could probably use some new management.
Will, went above and beyond the call of customer service. He was the only place in the area that offered to open the patio because i had my small dog with me. And he also brought my dog a bowl of water. So the least i could do it take the time to write a great review for great customer service! Sometimes it really is the lil thingsHappy customer
My previous visit was a 4 star even with the shortage of staff 2 months ago. However, my recent visit is barely a 1. Please get your act together before world games!! There was a piece of hair in my daughter's pizza (hence no hair nets), the young staff kept disappearing outside (were hands washed??), no jalapeños, no salads, no brownies, no chips, ice cream looked OLD (how can I get a combo??), no ice..its only 2pm!!!!! I enjoyed the first visit so, I am willing to give it one more try.. stay tuned..
It's not horrible or great. They overcharged me for the combo. Sign says 3.69 to add drink and side. They charged me individually for the drink and side so it came out as more. The pizza itself was pretty thin and so so.
The young manager that took my order, cooked my food, and waited on cx in this lobby all alone was the best. I can't believe she was doing it all alone during lunch rush and to top it all, my lunch and our dinner was perfect. I left a tip but she desires so much more. I also learned she's been working alone since Tuesday of this week. She desires a pay raise and the most valuable employee awards. I didn't get her name but I wish I would of, I was so amazed at her drive and calmness. The world need more workers like her.
