This place really went down since pandemic. Dirty and service was lacking.

i love yogurt mountain but this location is not it. it’s always filthy inside and out. went today and they had 4 flavors, two girls working there sitting around doing nothing with the trash piled so high and horrible customer service. didn’t welcome us in or anything. won’t be going back
Dirty. No fresh fruit, poor candy choices, and poor selection of yogurts (ex: some choices not even dispensing) Workers are nice, but are talking behind the counter instead of cleaning and restocking. It was a frustrating experience.
No greetings when you walk in, the staff were busy on their phones and talking, bar was dirty and not stocked, was very disappointed and I had to even tell them there was a spill at the door before someone slipped! Bathroom was out of stock on essentials as well!
The girl with the blue hair closed 2 hours early and didn’t have anything out when we got let in. She needs to be fired or at least told what to do and when to do it. Her running that store by herself is going to get you nothing but bad reviews. As a person who works the front of the house register like her I know better than to do things like that and not to mention she didn’t speak not one single time when we came in or were at the register.
Tastes great! Plenty of gluten-free options. Way too expensive for what you get.
Great place to take the kids first a quick snack.
Nice open space store perfect for parties and a large outside area. You can set up outside and have a gathering and definitely social distance and still get space at umbrella covered tables
This has become the nastiest yogurt Mountain I have ever been in! The last 2 times...which today was my last...the floors and counters were full of food and trails of yogurt on the floor, while the cashier was laying her head on the counter looking at her phone...only had5 flavors of yogurt but that didn't seen to bother her as she never acknowledged anyone!!!
