This is the slowest restaurant both in the drive thru and dining room. I’ve never been up to get my food here in less than 30 minutes. There’s no reason a burger should take that long every single time. I understand getting busy and being slow but most of the time there aren’t that many people waiting.

Ordered food in drive-thru and was told to pull off to the side and they'd bring the order out. Sat there for 30 minutes...no food. Was told to pull around to the front of the building and they'd bring the order out. Sat there for am additional 15 minutes...no food. Called the store and was told that the food was made and we could just come in and get it. So my food had been sitting there, ready, for how long? And they couldn't spare 15 seconds to bring it out? Ridiculous.
Complete trash!! Make me pay 39 cents for a little thing of sauce should come with the meal! Food was cold. Sign that says no trailers should be at the front of the parking lot instead of when you get by the drive through had to back trailer out. Over all employees were moving slow dragging there feet and rude won’t be back. Not even if it’s free. Just want my money back.
We have had bad luck with Whataburger while traveling recently. We decided to check this one out while headed home from vacation. The service was great, food was hot and fast, and the entire order was correct even with our customizations, cleanest bathrooms and dining area we have encountered compared to others we have stopped at. We went in to order as the app wasn’t working well (kept declining my card even though it worked just fine inside the restaurant) Antonio P. Made sure we had what we needed. I love Whataburger. I love it enough to drive the 3 hours to get here, or stop in any time I'm passing by.That being said, this was such a disappointment of a visit. I ordered and paid for a bacon and cheese Whataburger combo and it comes without bacon or fries.I go up and ask for it to be corrected, and I get a side of bacon to put on my burger. Then I'm told there's no fries.I've been to this Whataburger several times and always love it. This time was such a disappointment, I'm not sure I'll come back.
The Leeds, AL location must only employ those who are illiterate. I commute from Atlanta to Memphis weekly and routinely stop there. I can never get unsweet tea when I order it. They always give sweet tea without fail. Why even offer unsweet as an option? And as slow as the curbside service is, it’s pointless to even complain. Those receipts print out for a reason.
Food was cold- out of the last three times I have come here for a taste of home, I have waited an average of 45 minutes to get my food, each time at non-peak hours. This store is poorly run. I waited to write this review to give them the benefit of a doubt. But this is consistently terrible.
A great southern hamburger chain restaurant that serves up fresh hot meals. Awesome cooked and fixed to your order hamburger's We stop at this one in Trussville, Alabama almost every time we are on Interstate 59 at lunchtime.
This was the 1st time my mama & I have eaten at Whatabuger & we loved it! My burger & fries were delicious & she said her grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food also! 2- 18-2021 Review for Trussville, AL location
