That nighttime staff is a bunch of children needing to be home. They had people in line for 30 plus minutes for nothing. They were all outside and all loud. Sounded like a party, with customers in the way of them riding the the clock and giving out bad food.One day jobs will go to robots, just because humans are not valued, nor do some know how to value.
Staff continued to give the wrong order at the window and though this was my second visit here the staff attitudes are unpleasant. I was being polite and understanding because customer service is a difficult job but after the repeated attempts to give me the wrong order I drove off.
The food was fresh and hot. Our order was correct.Placing the order was terrible. The drive thru cashier was very impatient & rude when taking our order. We didn’t receive a total nor did our order get repeated back to us. As we got to the window they were very unorganized & unprofessional. Again order wasn’t repeated to us. We weren’t given a receipt nor straws for our drinks.
They always have the highest quality of food in their class and the service is good too. The only downside is the line often found at the drivethrough. But that could be an indication of something good being served, huh?
The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting my order ready for pickup at the counter inside. But the reason I only gave them a 3 rating is because of the cleanliness of the bathroom. I was around when they first opened and everything was sparkling clean, but not for this visit. I was in the stall that had the baby changing shelf and it appeared to me as very dirty looking. I took baby wipes in with me because I never know these days who will or won't have toliet paper. They had toliet paper but I still used my wipes. I put my wipes package on a wipe. I felt like the bathroom ? could have been much cleaner.The food was delicious.
I eat Wendy’s all the time but this location is dropping the ball man. My fries clearly show that the grease is old. Very very upset about this and I didn’t get a receipt
Surely Wendy's has some type of requirement for hair. I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken nugget combo. Pulled up to the window and waited about 10 minutes on my order. It was good, and the fries were hot and fresh but I couldn't get over the hair and digging in her back pocket.
You would think after waiting 37 minutes in the drive thru that you food would be fresh. Nope. The burger patties were tough and stale and not even hit enough to melt the cheese in the slightest and the fries were warm but tough like they had been sitting for a long while.
Food was awful I just literally went through the drive thru I ordered 2 4 for 4 the nuggets wasn’t fresh on either orders the fries were awful let along no bacon the sandwiches on top of that this location never answers the phone and I literally waiting in line 30 minutes thinking I would get fresh food. Is there any customer service or corporate number ?
Love my baked potato nice clean place but no pepper for the potato. And if you selling those type of food then you need to make sure you have pepper. Because if I hadn't only had didn't have pepper I never would have purchased that potato it did not taste good because it didn't have any pepper in it
