Great service and food .Staff was very friendly and accommodating . I am pescatarian and stoped here because i frequent the one in my home state . I was told that the cod sandwich has been discontinued just two days earlier and was sad about that but the staff made my day and was able to still make one with the fish they had left . 10/10 would recommend ! not sure if the gentleman who assisted me was the manager but he definitely went above and beyond.
It was so good I ordered two days in a row. Originally I got it because it was free delivery on Doordash but it 100% hits the spot! I got the Cheeeeeesy Burger and Cajun tots and highly recommend. Give it a try!
I put in an online order for 14 burgers, and 14 sides on Friday 4/8 for the order to picked up at 11:15am on Monday 4/11. The order was relevantly complicated, but I did think it was doable, being I came from the food industry and was trying to simplify it the best I could. I called the store to confirm order Monday morning at 10:15am and they denied service because the order was too big and could not be done. They said it could have been done if given 2-3 days notice, which was given. I am super disappointed to be denied service after following all the protocols I knew to do. My team at work were really looking forward to this lunch and were disappointed when told it was canceled.
I was at UAB with my daughter (one of her surgeries) I found y’all on day 3….oh, the absolute joy!!! Y’all have the best burgers, period! I ate here every day while we were at UAB. I will be back at UAB in 2 weeks, my husband has surgery scheduled. I will be eating here every single day that we are there. It’s always tough being at UAB for my family and there many surgeries, plenty more to come. One of my daily bright spots is what I decide to eat each day, and y’all are the best!! See y’all in a couple of weeks
Burger was fresh, hot and delicious! Just like a classic, handmade burger should be. No machine formed patty here. Onion rings also delicious. Would gladly eat here twice a day!!
fries were soggy and cold, oreo milkshake was very nasty and had a smokey taste. burger was cold and so were the onion rings. It was Nasty.
Although we did not have a burger, the chicken fingers were amazing and so were the tater tots I would definitely go back to try something else
Not a very good burger. Maybe it was an off night. I would’ve rather had a McDonald’s burger than the cheeseburger I had here. Way over priced.
service was quick and friendly. I will say I got the chicken tenders and tater tots and both were a little disappointing flavor-wise. I guess that's what I get for getting chicken at a burger place. Also milkshakes weren't available which was unfortunate.
Great tasting burger and service was great. Unfortunately the milkshakes were unavailable, but it just gives me another reason to go back and try it again.
