service was just passable, place was dirty, one customer had three children that were excessively noisy and running around the restaurant disturbing customers and left the biggest mess I ever saw. The manager should have controlled that problem, it ruined what should have been a nice experience for me and the other guests. The food was hot and good, exactly as I ordered. I understand that woman comes every Wednesday and that they always act like that. I certainly will never go there on Wednesday again.

Initially pulled up to order by phone & workers wouldn’t answer. Went inside it took 10mins to get acknowledged & then Valerie has a very unpleasant demeanor. If you are working in customer service it’s key that you have a generally pleasant attitude when working with the public. Hopefully that negativity doesn’t transfer over to the food.
Was a respite from a horrible, blinding rainstorm on the interstate. Was a slow period during the day, only one other customer beside myself. There was one waitress and the cook. While there the cook left an returned with food for the waitress, then left again. Couldn't help but notice an overflowing trashcan next to the jukebox.Maybe it's better during their busy time???
The service was horrible here, the waitress closed the indoor seating just as me and my mother enrered. She did allow us to order take out, however she had to bw ask by. other staff was she going to take our order where about she was putting items on the shelves and seemee uncaring that she had paying customers. she complained the whole time that she was ready to go so she could go swimming. I failed to get her name, but Waffle House corporate should retrain this individual. I will say that the saving grace was that the two individuals she worked with were very courteous and helpful, the food was prepared perfectly and was very hot. I would still return to this waffle house to try again. hopefully with rested and enthusiastic employee that got to swim that day.

Normal waffle house, delicious breakfast, taking off a star as half of the tables were dirty and had syrup stuck on them so took a minute to find a clean table, waitress was nice, attentive to our drinks. A+ Waffle House experience
The food and service is quality each time I stop in, wish they would except call in orders like their sister location at the next exit. The order was ready quickly, complete, and well packed for travel.
I went at like 2 am, customer tried to fight one of the employees over basically nothing, made the visit akward, took forever for my food, the waitress seemed to be having a rough night probably due to all the yelling from what I'm guessing was the manager, food was good, the waffle was the best waffle I've ever had. I would have LOVED if I got my coffee like while I was waiting because I was there for what seemed like an hour.
Our server was an absolute delight. Very personable. I think she said it was one of her first nights at this waffle house after working at another one. Her recent hand surgery didn't impede her service at all. And the cook...he made what's probably the best bacon I've ever had.
