Stopped by me and my best friend after a great weekend, had a taste for waffle house, of course, this was our first visit, hsai been passing by for years, finally dropped in and, they Delivered!!!! Short staffed, they offer a limited menu, but were happy to make me items not on the menu. Servers were very friendly and service was prompt. Great place!
This Waffle House is by far the best I have ever experienced. Especially due it's location in a geographical region where service tends to suffer, this business is surely doing it RIGHT!
The server was very nice and took care of our every request. The food came out perfect to order. For being short staffed, the team working there was on top of everything the best that they could be. Definitively worth the stop.

The wife I went to store #664 on Columbiana Rd. on 4/30/22. The server was very nice & we asked her if we could get hash browns SCATTERED &CRISPY. She said we could so we each ordered 2 scrambled with the hash browns & crisp bacon & a waffle. Well, the bacon was the best part of the meal. The has browns were not scattered & were crispy on one side only. The other side had not even been on the grill. The scrambled eggs were NOT scrambled. Put on the grill & cooked & then chopped up. THAT IS NOT SCRAMBLED. The waffle was a bit under cooked. BTW the server was not the cook. Needless to say we will never go back. I can cook better than that. What a jerk!! If I could I would rate them -5 stars.
Poorly cooked food. Waitress was rude. She brought the ticket to the table before all the food was even served. Never returned to check and make sure we didn't need anything.
I was in town for a tournament and we decided to stop by for a bite to eat with a few players. It was extremely busy and I needed to sit down because my legs were hurting. I move the dirty dishes to one side of the table and the manager (who was on the grill) turned around and said to me “well cleaning the table off is not going to me them move any faster” so, I told her “I didn’t want them to move any faster, I just wanted to sit down and that’s it”. Our server had a meltdown she said due the volume of people. The manager was cooking the on the grill and stacking the plates on top of the cooked food.
It's a Waho, so you get what you'd expect: good food, good coffee, friendly staff grumbling about not getting tipped. Iffy restroom. Overall one of the better locations I have been to. ;)
