Your 2nd and 3rd shift needs 2 get it 2gather how is your employees allowed 2 tell some one who has never been there that they can't come in that lil dark skin lady has issues an sure does not need 2 be working around others untill she can fix her disrespectful attitude
First experience at a Waffle House and unfortunately not a very good one. One of the few places open late. I was very hungry. Went inside to see a line of customers not being helped. After waiting for several minutes with little to no line movement, I left and had to settle for an Arby’s drive-thru.
This location was extremely ghetto and unprofessional , a homeless man walked into the store and the employee ( An older African American lady with short dreadlocks) began to threaten him and they refuse to take our order due to their own unnecessary chaos that was going inside of their business ...the cook ( A bald African American male) was EXTREMELY rude and refused to take our order as he just looked at his female coworker proceed to curse a homeless male out just for simply walking into the store ....we just left and went to another waffle house location 2.7 miles another direction but this waffle house location definitely needs a new night time manager
Great food but recommend going after 2 pm because cooker cleans grill from 12:30 to2 . Hard to find parking at area.
All your girl wanted was a late night meal after a concert! My mouth was watering for the perfect chicken and eggs cooked the way I ordered. I like my chicken cooked well on both sides, my eggs scrambled with cheese the “Waffle House” way, my hash browns scattered, covered and chunked with a side of raisin toast and apple butter! Needless to say my order wasn’t my order. My hash brown were burnt to a crisp missing the cheese and ham not to mention the eggs were runny without cheese. And you guessed it regular ole toast with grape jelly - strawberry me please if you’re going to get wrong! And the chicken well forget it I ATE IT ALL EXCEPT FOR THE TOAST BECAUSE YOUR GIRL WAS HUNGRY NO STARVING! Still not pleased I was charged for the extras though. This GA Peach wasn’t entirely happy yet, full. In this instance I didn’t get what I paid for or DID I *insert thinking emoji*
I missed my greyhound bus by ten minutes so it was a 6 hour layover. So I walked over to this store being it was the only a.m. coffee shop open. I entered and was told by the chef that it was take out only that it wasn't park bench to sleep in. So I came up to waitress, I was wearing a mask, ordered food and coffee and told to wait outside. I got my food and tipped the waitress and left feeling like less than human. Thanks for that.
27 degrees outside, medical flight crew just wanted food to go and was told we had to wait outside in the cold while there were half dozen other people sitting at the counter including several police officers. Employees were extremely rude.
My mother was at UAB hospital and I was hungry so I decided to come here and eat that was the biggest mistake I've ever made there was a homeless man asking for money right outside the building the cashier was absolutely rude with me my food didn't taste good after I got it I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody they need to retrain there employees to be nice too the customer's
Me, my mom and sister stopped here on our way back home to Huntsville around 1a.m. The staff was a bit rude. One was sleeping in one of the booths and the other was doing all the cooking and taking orders. My sister ordered sunny side up eggs and they weren’t done at all. There was no butter on the toast. The bacon super extra salty. Hardly any hash browns and they were over cooked. We’ve never had a bad review at any restaurant but this was just something else.
Dirty. Rude employees except for Danni. Store was decorated cute for Christmas. Homeless woman sitting right by the entrance. Typical downtown vibe. Food was good though.
