Don’t normally leave reviews but, just wanted to share my recent experiences. Today may be the last time I order from uncle G’s. It took 37 minutes to receive my food after my order was supposed to be ready. Then the pizzas were undercooked and look nothing like the pictures you see. Check out the pics, judge for yourself. The last time I ordered my pizzas looked like this but they were not late in my order. I thought that was a fluke. I’ve been eating their pizza for almost a year, since they were in old time pottery. But quality recently in my opinion has declined, or maybe it’s just when they’re in lake Wilborn…

I love Detroit style pizza, and we don’t have any at home. While driving through Birmingham we decided to stop at Uncle G’s, and I’m so glad we did. Website was easy to use to pre order slices and confirm their location. Service was a little slow because of some dough issues, but worth it. I’m so glad we took the time to stop, and now this will be a destination for great pizza any time our route allows.
Fantastic pizza, absolutely loved the prince and will be back.
Had the Sneakin’ Sally at Trim Tab. Maybe the best pizza I’ve ever had. So good!!
Pizza so good it's distracting. I find myself thinking about it throughout the work day. Got an Uncle G's pie where my mind should be.
A biodegradable alternative to the styrofoam container, would make the great slices even better!
Good pizza, but a little pricey. They charge $2.50 for a bottle of water.
This was easily some of the best pizza I've ever had. the ingredients were fresh, and the pie itself was perfectly baked. The crispy edges were the icing on the cake....I truly can't wait to return to Uncle G's
Awesome pizza. The deep dish pizza crust is crispy on the outside but magically light and fluffy on the inside. The hot honey glaze is a must add on! Thanks for a great meal.
