First they gave the wrong part of the chicken when I was specific about the part. Then, I didn't get a bread type with my order & no one asked me which bread I may want.
Top That Grille has some good down home style plates & food. I love ordering their salads, the Chefs garden salad and the Pasta salad. They’re So Good! I’m a seafood addict so I love ordering the fried fish & sides dinners or some of their other meats special with sides for a lunch or dinner drive through.The cashier is usually friendly & pleasant. The wait is a little lengthy but it all depends on what time you opt to go for food.I food taste great, hot & seasoned good. I’ve had good experiences and go back for a home style cooked meal!HAPPY EATING!
I'm not please with what you pay for a salad and its not worth your money .. I purchased 2 chief salads and they didn't have NY turkey but your price was still costly ... Plus why would you serve brown lettuce just to try and save customer service is not brown lettuce... Especially on a Sunday for dinner

I actually just left there. The food was not good at all. It taste like old food. We had whiting ,wing, and fries. We also had the strawberry punch it was awful. I was very disappointed with my menu and my husband was as well.
Very unorganized drive thru. No visible signs letting you know that the dining room was closed. Dinners should at least have a soda for the price.
Bad service they are selling food without all the ingredients the girls at the window had bad customer service how are you charging full price for a hamburger and don't have all the ingredients such as bacon. Had to make it all the way home to notice I didn't have bacon on my sandwich Top That Grill is going down hil
Great food. They sell out of favorites on the buffet because they are so good.
Drive throughout slow, workers nasty attitude, but that food makes it all worth while. Will come back until forever.
One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Ever. I'm from. TN. And we don't have a local restaurant like this. The bone in that quarter leg just slide right out of the meat. Mac n cheese is just like yo mama made it. Yams taste like candy it's so good. Cornbread is always on point. And that blue velvet cake is better than anything these fast food places got for dessert. I love Alabama and this food so much. I'm never going back to TN.
