Best hotdogs and burgers in Alabama. There were 4 people working to get the order to me in just a couple minutes. Great fast service and the food was amazing. Highly recommend.
Spanish omelette was delicious, the employees were all kind and welcoming, and you could tell they had so many regulars because everyone coming in was catching up about their new baby on the way, their son's wedding later that day, etc. $12 for a huge breakfast and drink that was perfectly seasoned in every bite? Can't beat it. Can't believe it took me 3 yrs to get over here when I live so close!
This was the second time I've eaten here. This time I was lucky enough to get some photos too. The food is spectacular. You know a place is good when the line extends past the door. You can't go wrong with a couple of jumbo dogs!
Burgers are juicy, flavorful, and huge! Hot dogs are dressed under a mound of toppings you definitely get your money worth. My daughter also got the blt that had probably a 1/4 pound of bacon on it. Everything was delicious
Nice place! Places like this are rare in this area. This is an old school hamburger joint with personality. The food is very good and I look forward to Saturday when they are open (I usually don’t have time to make it on my lunch break and they close at 3). The burgers are very good (not out of this world in my opinion? But, because I am a burger lover and it’s hard to find good burgers around here I really enjoy them. The meat is good quality and always freshly made on the grill.To me, the star of the show is the hot dogs!! I love hot dogs. I like hot dogs with everything but onions. The toppings are very fresh eg the kraut, slaw, beef, cheese, etc) The special sauce (red hot dog sauce) is delicious and the junkyard dog is the best I have ever had.
If you're looking for the best hotdog, burger, fry, or Onion ring joint...look no further. We frequent this mom and pop style restaurant all the time. Our favorites would be a cheeseburger (which is huge), their perfectly salted fries, and even the chicken tenders from time to time. It's a location that begs for more space. If only they had more seating! They manage to cram the entire kitchen staff into a sliver of the restaurant. I can't imagine what they'd accomplish with a fully loaded spacious area. With that being said, they manage to get you in and out quickly. Just be aware that you may be rubbing shoulders with the person in front of you. They close at 3pm and are closed on Sunday, so keep that in mind if you want to swing by! I have yet to try the breakfast, and in the event that I do an edit will be made!

The hot dogs were good! Obviously a very loved place as the line to order was all the way out the door. I didn't have one but the hamburgers looked really good.

Great cheese burger and my kids have the hotdogs. It's a gem, places like this are hard to find. Staff is always nice and fun to joke around with.
