The person on the register didn't have a name tag on, so when he answered his personal cell phone before taking my order was bad enough. Then he made my friends order to go after giving her a number to sit down to. The Shawrma was dry on the first half dry, the chicken Gyro had no tahini or really anything thing making it a gyro. My cheese fries lacked cheese. It was a disappointment in general.

I"m not sure what's going on with some of the other reviews here - I live down the street from this location and I'm there frequently and the food has always been fantastic and the service friendly. Maybe once we got a hamburger without cheese as ordered and they promptly fixed it. A heads up that the drive through can feel slow, but that's to be expected ordering hamburgers cooked to order.
TOO many young kids without adult supervision which causes chaos, but the kids on night shift do their best. However. its all for nothing since all the food is bland, kitchen staff is rushing messing up orders and this is taking away from the flavor of the food. This is really sad since we dont have many late note eating joints around here. It is only enjoyable if you're drunk.
Very helpful cashier with friendly personality. Nice atmosphere but the entire floor was sticky.
Love that they have a drive thru! Traveled all the way from homewood, at the time it was too crowded at the po there, passed by Al's which closed at 11 on a Saturday night, only to pop up/stumble upon while checking out the night life in Lakeview this new bright well lit building. There was only one car in front of us and although they take your order at the window, then assign parking for the lot, that's the best ideal way to work the window. The food was out in record time, about 10/15 (but we didn't do a hard count, we sat and enjoyed the live band from the bbq joint across the street) the delivery lady was super cool and sweet and made you feel good about your decision to eat here not to mention the about of food for 18$ matched the price and presentation, it feed my husband and I and a small chorkie lol if you know anything about a chicken kabob plate it was delicious smelled amazing and they didnt miss a beat. Kudos the lakeview.
When this place first opened I will admit, it wasn’t great. Didn’t eat here for a while but decided to give it another try. The last two times I’ve grabbed some food through the drive through it has been so good!! So whatever change has been made, keep it up! Cause I love purple onion. The lady at the drive through greets you with a smile, so friendly and never gets our order wrong. We have found a lot of places for to go orders around Bham always seem to forget or mess something up! Really enjoy stopping by here after work on my way home for a delicious dinner.
Absolutely terrible. It's a total rip off. All I ordered was a beef shawarma wrap and seasoned ranch fries and it cost me over $20. Don't trust their menu prices they make up their own and prepare for the drive-through shift to house their own personal conversations and forget about all about the people waiting in line to actually pay and receive their food. Don't waste your time here!!
If you want good food consistently, this is not the place to go. It's a hit or miss. This is my last visit. I asked for the peppers and onions to be well done on my Philly cheese. Needless to say they're almost Raw. Don't go through the drive-thru. They'll never even know you're there. Make sure if you order something extra that it's in the bag. Just too many other good places to eat.
