Went here for breakfast. This place is perfect. Small walk up/drive up family owned place. The people are very nice. Lots of regulars getting food. The employees welcomed them all by name. The smoked sausage, egg and cheese was a great breakfast sandwich. Got a side of bacon which is a must as well. On my list for the next time I’m in town.
I opted for the beef plate and while it didn’t necessarily blow my socks off it was definitely a well crafted meal. 8/10 would eat there again.
Bad experience, never had a problem until this past week. I ordered inside slice pork, it was too dry, look and taste old. It didn’t have a smoke taste at all . When I called to report it the manager was extremely rude and said that he would not replace the food or the money, he hung up on me.
I've retired now but when I was working I visited that place 2-3 times a week 6am. And also feed my coworkers the price is good and their breakfast sandwiches are great and I still visit at lease 3-4 times a month...just can't get enough.
Ordered breakfast. I was in and out in 5 to 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The biscuit was good and of good portion. The tea was about like everyone else's, here. Which is just (descent). The drive thru was crazy busy the little lobby was not.
Amazing BBQ, I’ve been going here for several years. Great bbq, great fries, and great sweet tea.
We have always supported the Pit and choosing them over a chain restaurant but obviously we’ve done it to much because the last several times me or another employee here has went there, they have been so SO rude to us. Treating us different when in fact you should treat all customers the same. I have never been treated this way giving my support to a restaurant but they just lost our business. It’s a crying shame the owner doesn’t say something to the rude lady at the window. Trust me, DONT become a regular because they clearly get annoyed with regulars. When I didn’t even say anything to anyone at the office and they come back saying the exact same thing, you know they clearly don’t like our company.
I would just like to thank them for giving me 1 packet of ketchup and charging $1.25 for ranch dressing.... I only spent $58 so I guess it was ridiculous of me to expect condiments...... food is pretty good but the prices have always been high and this is the final straw... good luck, I know you'll do fine without my business!
Pretty good BBQ, fast drive thru, but their prices have gone up just like everywhere else has. Driveway is a little step when leaving so make sure you hit it sideways so you don't bottom out.
