Very Disappointing! We ordered takeout as it was highly recommended. The restaurant was clean and the service was great. The food was awful! Bland and poorly cooked. It tasted like the sort of thing you can get in the frozen section. The sauces were thick and bland. Definitely from a can. To add insult to injury, the prices were more in line with P F Changs than takeout. I can only guess that the people who recommended it appreciate the service. We won’t be back.
Best Chinese food anywhere in Alabama! This is the ONLY thing I miss about living in the Trussville area. Egg rolls beyond compare! Everything is great!!
There sign shows short on help but the waiter was real efficient and the food came out in a short time. There egg rolls are delicious and the food is always good. Highly recommend this place.
We LOVE The Palace! The folks are super nice, the food is great and they’ve done a wonderful job maintaining good service during COVID/post-COVID when hired help is hard to come by. I commend them for doing their best with the hurdles society has placed on front of them. GO PALACE! ?
Their soup is bit made from that gel stuff and it's delicious and the food is always made to order and hit when you get it.
I had sweet and sour shrimp with steamed rice and a egg roll. I will start off by saying a lunch portion for 17 dollars is ridiculous. Especially since the rice was over cooked and smelled scorched the saving grace was the egg roll but it wasn’t enough I will never go back!!!
Very good. I actually ate in their dining room for the first time in many years. I do take-out orders for my lunch from here pretty regularly. They are a favorite that almost never lets me down. Their Mongolian beef is the best anywhere.
I wanna start off with, that the food was amazing. There was nothing wrong with the food. It was the service, first up the waitress would never bring us refills. I even asked for a to go drink, I never received it. The second thing, was that my grandfather received his dish around 7 to 9 minutes later. I understand your fresh food policy, but my mother stated that they should’ve brought it with all the food. The third thing was the sanitary, it looked like nobody had been at the table in ages, and they were still wiping it down. It’s an amazing place, however it wasn’t my favorite visit.
The food was pretty good the wait staff was even better. Covid closed down my Asia restaurant. So I've been looking for a new one. And this will do for now
My favorite local Chinese restaurant. Always great service, food is fresh and tasty. Fair pricing too. If your around, definitely check it out!
