One of our favorite Breakfast joints anywhere. So many great things to choose for breakfast. Dutch baby with blueberries, bananas, and blackberry jam to go with the lemon and powered sugar is my favorite. Love the think cut bacon also.
The best blueberry pancakes in Alabama or anywhere! We eat here every time we stay in Birmingham.. Huge menu!! Go for pancakes! This place is super popular, so there may be a wait, but totally worth it.. the friendly staff handles it all with a smile ?
My fav place in Birmingham to get pancakes and waffles. They have great omelettes too, and the portions are amazing❤️
The food was great and so was my server, she was very pleasant. I arrived at 1:20, fully understanding that they would be closing at 2pm. They weren't busy, in fact there were a total of 3 tables seated- however no one acknowledged me waiting nor told me to find a seat when I got there. After I was seated, about 5 more minutes passed before I was given a menu. When my server came by to take my order she told me the kitchen was no longer cooking omelettes or dutch babies because they take 20 minutes. My single issue, is that the only reason I couldn't order an omelette or a Dutch baby was due to the restaurant's inefficiency with getting me seated. I was there in ample time and could have ordered either of those before their cut-off. If they fix this issue, they would get a 5.

I visited this place on 3/2/2022. Parking can be a challenge if you out of town and not familiar. I ordered the dutch baby, scrambled eggs and bacon. Wow!! Just Wow!! The dutch baby was perfect, creamy,tasty, and crispy. It came with lemon, butter, and powdered sugar. My husband ordered buttermilk pancakes, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs. Pancakes were soft, buttery, flaky and the eggs were the scrambled soft (like we love them) with a hint of butter and salt. Only complaint, we are coffee lovers and the coffee was weak. The reason I give 4 stars ... When we entered the restaurant, staff were confused as to who could sit and who could stay in line. One staff told me to sit and another told me to "hold up" . Other than that. Good experience. Would eat again
Stopped for breakfast with my fiancée. The place is clean on the inside and we were seated immediately. Service was friendly and fast. Food was very good. I ordered the corned beef hash with eggs and chocolate chip pancakes. The corn beef is made in house which is a huge plus. The serving was huge. Like a 4 inch wide serving of corn beef hash that was pressed on the grill to give it that crispy edges. The pancakes were thinner than you might expect but they were still light and full of flavor. Fiancée got an omelet and good god what a monster it was. Looked liked the dropped a football on the table. I asked the server how many eggs come in the omelets…he told me about six lol. Honestly I think it was more than that. Her omelet was good and did not skimp on the internals. Coffee was hot and what you would expect from a diner. Nothing special there. Prices were appropriate for how much food you get. Would definitely go back!!
Huge menu, pancakes were delicious, service courteous and prompt. My wife found buckwheat cakes just like her daddy made, and when Momma's happy, everybody's happy.
Everything was so good! We couldn’t decide what to order because everything on everyone’s plate looked delicious. Loved the food. atmosphere, and service. We will be back!
Great casual breakfast spot. Swedish pancakes with lingonberries and a small side of cheese grits. Staff is attentive. I'll be back!
