I got am omelette and fresh fruit. The omelette was huge and cooked perfectly. The fruit was really fresh as well. My husband got pancakes. They were really big and a bit too doughy. You can top them with fresh fruit too. This place has a variety of goodies from the grill and on the buffet. It’s very convenient for a quick meal at the hotel. The employees are friendly enough and they get the job done quickly. Definitely worth a try!
I've eaten here several times and the food is usually pretty good. Unfortunately, I did get cold fries a couple of times. The breakfast has always been great.
Absolutely the best oatmeal I have ever eaten and my daughter loved her French toast sandwich with eggs and ham! Seemed like they were short staffed though but server was friendly!

If you stop in and see unsure of what to try, you cannot go wrong with the fried green tomato blt. The way this blt is reimagined is amazing and offers so many complimentary flavors that I don't even know where to begin to tell you how much I love it. and the fries... you'll love them too. the service is great. our waitress was Marianne and she was excellent, making a personal connection with her guest. Overall great experience!
The food was fine. It wasn't anything that made me think, I need to come back here for this. Service was good. Their drink menu is more limited than I expected. It's almost like a sports bar that wants to be more. Prices are good.

A great new trendy restaurant conveniently located inside of the UAB Hilton Hotel. This is a great spot to either unwind with a drink after work or to drop by with the family for a great dinner. The Lab has multiple options. Even the pickiest eaters will find something on the menu that they will find to their liking. The Manager was very friendly and informative.
