Had Heavenly Donuts for the first time today, AMAZING quality donuts! Service was friendly. I would give this place 5 stars but there was this awful beeping noise that would go off about every 15 seconds. It was extremely irritating & did take away from the overall experience. Overall great place but unfortunately I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible to get away from the constant annoying noise. I don’t know how the employees put up with that, I know I couldn’t so kudos to them! They deserve something special.
Some of the best donuts I have ever tried. The glazed donuts were fresh, hot, and tasted delicious. I also liked the variety of flavors, and would recommend the maple bacon as it's pretty unique and tasted very good but all of the donuts I tried were excellent
These are delish compared to most it’s my fav new place!!! But the fact that my order was wrong was a huge huge disappointment. We all make mistakes. I love the cream filled donuts and when you bite into ones that had the custard filling instead that was not ok. These donuts are expensive and when you get your order wrong and no one will fix it or return your money much less even respond back to you to handle the issue is bad service. If it was one donut I wouldn’t even care but the fact it was 7 donuts wrong it makes you want the mistake resolved in a professional way.

By far one of the best donut places I've ever been to...and trust me, I know my donut spots! The dough itself is a delicious soft and fluffy pillow. Covered with perfect toppings. I would definitely try to get there again when driving through Birmingham!
I love the taste of these donuts. They're done so well and the staff was so sweet and friendly. I will definitely be back and supporting their business!
A little more personality from the employees would be great. Other than that, the donuts are light and dreamy, especially the Oreo.. yum. The French toast is cool but whatever's on top with that crunch, ? not so good. Thought it was going to snap-crackle-pop my teeth. Also, I asked for a chocolate glazed; that, to me, is a chocolate cake donut with glaze all over it. Not a vanilla glaze with chocolate on top. ??
Everything we tried was great!! Fresh soft doughy donuts. Filling in the Bismark donuts were very good!
Very disappointed! I go through The drive-through every Friday to pick up Saturday morning donuts. I just went through and upon receiving my box I opened it to look at the donuts and they were all squished and on top of each other. The donuts literally looked like a toddler had shaken the box. I drove back around to at least get some napkins from where I had tried to situate them and waited for someone to come to the window for 5 full minutes. After no one came I decided to call to let a supervisor know and stayed on hold for 15 minutes. I normally love this place! I truly hope this is an issue with an employee and not a continued problem because i’m a regular and typically happy customer.
Out of the way, but well worth the effort. Lovely people. Unique flavors. Generous sizes. Went in for 2, came out with 8. Will return the next time we are in Birningham
