Love this place. I eat here when I am in the area and alway get the eggplant alfredo pizza. It is delicious and unique. They have good selection of craft beer, outdoor seating, and live music.
We came here for lunch with the in-laws while we were in town and the experience was fabulous! Despite it being 90 degrees outside, we sat in the patio area and the fans kept it comfortable! The food is delicious and tastes super fresh! I'd recommend the stromboli or one of their delicious salads. The service was great, as well!

Im from Philly. So Strombolis are a part of the food culture there. What I got, in my opinion, isn't a real stromboli that warrants paying $16.50. a true stromboli is a pizza, with the stuffing put in and folded in half. There was little inside of mine barely, a handful of toppings, 3 or 4 slices of pepperoni. Given the size, I guess that's all that can fit.It tasted ok, only are 1/3, needed seasonings. The marinara definitely needed some salt. It was cheesy I will give you that, but a real stromboli, the emphasis isn't the cheese. I was very disappointed. My husband says maybe we'll just get pizza when we go again. I will order chicken tenders.
Great pizzas and beer selection. The 3 stars is only because the lack of transparency about the ingredients in their food. The red pizza sauce is made with pork, but even when you tell the server you are vegan and ordering a meatless/cheeseless pizza, or that you don't eat pork, they don't mention this, and it isn't disclosed on the menu. I've even had a vegan server that didn't mention this to me in the past.
Always very Tasty food, good service & cool surroundings. No complaints about the Filing Station, only Compliments... We drive from Cahaba Heights-Mountain Brook is how much we like the place, their food & their people...
This place is packed out for lunch for good reason! Definitely some of the best pizza in B’ham! Great service and talented bartenders make for the perfect spot.
Hostess (shorter blond female) was not friendly at all and barely interacted with us. Not really a good start to our visit, but everything else was great! Food was great (Stromboli and calzone)! Our server, Tayt, was very attentive and did a great job! We will be back next time we're in town!
The atmosphere at The Filling Station is more suited for a outdoor/walk up gentleman's club. Any lady over the age of 50 will Not be served. Older ladies will be overlooked and dismissed for every man that walks in . Not worth the time if you are looking for BFF lunch.
Ordered the Italian meats pizza and was not disappointed. Kind of short staffed the night we went, but lately that's to be expected. Otherwise, no complaints.
