I love me some cheesecake. They have so many flavors to choose from. I was a little excited and overwhelmed. For a first experience I gave them 3 stars and here's why; the staff is not very friendly, your kinda pushed to the side and looked over. The food is great, portion size is unbelievable it is a little pricey if your on a budget. They have really nice environment setting would be great for a date night, or an outing with family and friends. That was personal. As a food delivery driver, I was very disappointed they messed up my customers orders, they were fixed in the end, but I had to insist they redo the chicken pasta, I wasn't about to delivery food that went out a hour ago. My customer was grateful.FYIIf you plan to go, make sure they're not too busy! My daughter ❤ the Salted Carmel cheesecake as do I. The strawberry and the raspberry cheesecakes was delicious as well.

They are cutting costs by not using real cheeses on their dishes and diluting with emulsifiers instead. Just simply awful.

I meet friends here and enjoyed lunch. It was a great atmosphere for talking and enjoying lunch. I would come back again to eat here. I had the salad with chicken and the food was tasty.

OHMYGERRSSHHH. Overstimulation of MEMORY-MAKING atmosphere (perhaps accentuated by the fact that we were there in the evening as all of the lighting and ambiance were made more dramatic!), excellent service, delicious food, decadent desserts,… We had come in town for a girls getaway and, at this particular meal, we’re celebrating a birthday for one of our family members. This restaurant is indeed worthy of a special occasion meal. We each ordered something different and all were very pleased! I wish I could remember the name of our waitress, because she was both graciously patient and extremely knowledgeable/professional about the details regarding the (many) questions we asked her before ordering. We will return to Birmingham again in the future, and when we do, we will be back to the cheesecake factory.

So my favorite thing to do, once a month, is drive up to Birmingham shop at Trader Joe’s then pickup food from the Cheesecake Factory. It’s rare that I eat inside since the start of the pandemic. We ate inside on this occasion for a friend’s birthday and it was nice. Seating took around 20 minutes, they texted me when our table was ready. The hostesses were friendly, and they were swamped with people waiting to be seated or do pickup orders. Our waitress was excellent and very nice and friendly. Her name was Jaz and took our orders for drink and appetizers. I absolutely love the chicken taquitos! They’re so good! They’re officially on the “small plate” menu but I like then as an appetizer to share with the table. CF has always been known for its generous portion sizes and that hasn’t changed. I ordered the truffle honey chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My friends ordered; shrimp Alfredo, the pasta da vinci, and the breakfast combo. I think I enjoyed my food the most. The chicken is fried and drizzled with a honey and truffle sauce, sweet and savory! I also ordered the passion mint fizz non alcoholic cocktail. It’s usually better than what it was on this visit. We all ordered cheesecake to go: birthday slice, ultimate red velvet, Leche, Adams peanut butter truffle.A great meal can always be found here.

For some reason I always forget about the cheesecake factory I guess because it's a little far from my house. But always delicious! I love the shepherd's pie, but today I got the spinach and mushroom flatbread and a caesar salad for lunch. So good! Their Georgia peach cocktails are delicious! My waitress, Mary, was also very attentive.

Lunch date. Seated immediately (a bit too close to other guests it’s still a pandemic). Server was attentive and friendly. Food was a good portion as usual. I would go again just ask to be seated somewhere else next time.

My take out order was horrible. The hamburgers were burnt and didn't cover the large buns they were on. The fries came in a large container, which was a waste, with barely enough to cover the bottom. I get more fries from McDonald's small fries. I paid almost $30.00 for our meals (without a drink) at a restaurant across town when I could have went through a drive thru restaurant closer to home. I also purchased four slices of cheesecake with the order for the family and that's why I rated the experience as high as I did.

My honey took me here for Valentine’s Day Lunch ❤️❤️❤️ we shared a cheesy spinach dip and it was so yummy!! I’ve been craving some salmon so I got the lunch portion of the miso salmon… totally delightful!! Only thing that would’ve made it better if some more snap peas! ? Honey had a really yummy mushroom burger and the sweet potato fries were perfect!

Great food, superb service, always a crowd. The small wait is so worth it.
