I have been eating here since 1996. In all that time, the food quality has been outstanding. The staff are always very friendly and efficient. The lunch buffet is various and delicious. Yesterday, they had Lobi curry (black-eyed peas), which is my favorite vegetable dish.I have had Indian friends tell me that the food is not all that authentic, but if you don't mind California-style Indian food, it's the best.

Super awesome buffet for lunch, food is amazing and the naan is always brought to the table fresh!

Went here while visiting from the Nashville area. Had the vegetable pakora and the saag paneer. Absolutely delicious. Will make sure to come here again when in Birmingham.

Chicken Korma for 4 Ingredients 4 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 teaspoon julienned ginger 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon turmeric! 1 teaspoon ground cumin! For 4 servings and 1 lb. of chicken. 1 pound chicken, cooked 1 cup water 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala, or to taste 1/4 pint heavy cream 2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander

Cosy atmosphere. Tables are closely placed. Buffet is too dark and could use better lighting. The place can use a good cleaning overall. Otherwise the food was really well prepared and delicious.

so pleased with my experience here! we ordered one of the meals for two, and omg i did not expect to get as much food as we did. it was delicious. definitely recommend giving them a try! i will be back!

Their buffet for lunch is wonderful! Well spiced and not too hot unless you ask. also, full bar!

Called to ask if there were any items on the menu that were "nut free". I was told that all items on the menu were nut free. I confirmed this two more times with the person on the phone. A cursory glance at the menu and/or a general knowledge of Indian food will tell you that several items on the menu contain nuts. I would have been just fine with "we make no guarantees about allergens", but the lady on the phone clearly found it easier to lie. I understand being frustrated with people demanding versions of dishes tailored to their allergies, but I simply wanted to know if the food would kill my girlfriend when she ate it (and it would have). This is a medical emergency waiting to happen.

If I could rate negative stars I would. The past few experiences have been horrible but today was the absolute worst. Everything tasted spoiled. The sauces were so thin and runny it was like soup. Rice was undercooked. The kheer had no rice - it was sweetened milk drink! Everything we ordered was Completely inedible.

The food and pleasant atmosphere.
