Oof. I can’t believe the reviews for this place. The food was not good. At all. We ordered tacos carnitas, tacos Al pastor, chorizo burritos, and pork and chicken tamales. Everything was incredibly bland. The meat was tough and tasted as if it had been sitting in a steam table for days. It’s not hard to make a decent taco. Somehow this place failed to clear even that low bar. So very disappointing given the strong reviews. Save your money.
I got a guarache and What was supposed to be carne asada (marinated steak) turned out to be ground beef and it was a super small portion not enough to fill anyone up, I got that and an horchata and paid 17$, wasn't worth it, and no one in my family liked their food either.
Saw people always going in and out and decided to try it. Delicious authentic Mexican food. I recommend the Chicken Nachos. Great prices and serving sizes. You won’t be disappointed.
We stopped for a quick bite on our way to PCB. It was a good little find. I got the tongue tacos and ground beef. The tongue taco was full of flavor, would order again. My husband got the chicken taco salad. It was very small but had great flavor.Service was good and very clean place.
This is the Mexican food I have been searching for! Really fresh ingredients make the flavors so bright. I must say I have been looking for a chimi with no processed cheese sauce and I found it here! Great street tacos and fresh relleno pepper overstuffed with fresh shrimp. The guacamole is incredible as well. Didn't get to try any margaritas but I will return just for the delicious food.
The two young ladies at the counter were very nice. I had a prickly pear margherita and french fry nachos, which were both great. Would definitely return!
I just happened to wander in, I pleasantly discovered the food was excellent.
This is the spot for tacos in Avondale. Pretty inexpensive food but their drinks are expensive. They do not serve alcohol. The patio is great but sunscreen is recommended in the afternoon.
The food was absolutely exceptional! The service was really good as well. Really nice atmosphere, and everything is priced super well. And it's even better because we live down the road. If you get the chance, check this place out. Would absolutely recommend!
The quesadilla was good but the rice and beans that came with it weren't made from scratch. Beans are canned and rice was not fresh, probably frozen. It was $12, take your money somewhere else.
