Taco Casa is a well established restaurant rooted in Tuscaloosa but thankfully they have one location in Birmingham which we are able to visit more often! The food here is amazing and unlike anything you will find elsewhere - the sauce is addicting and so be warned! Everything on the menu is good, but we really love the tacos, beef burrito, enchilada covered in yummy cheese sauce, and the taco burger! This may not be a favorite for everyone but for those that love it, you will be hooked for life and so enjoy!
Decent Americanized Mexican food but nothing to gush over. I'd eat there again if there was one in the area and I wanted that type food but I'm not going out of they way to hunt it down.
3 tacos came up to 8 dollars I ask the man how he said the tacos were 2.25 when the drive thru said they were a 1.70 he stated not my problem instead of handling the situation in a professional manner. Due to my experience they lost a customer…

Great cheap eats. Best fast food tacos. We picked due to its proximity to our hotel and too tired for a meal out. We were very happy with the speed, selection and cost.
I love eating at Taco Casa. I typically dine-in since the restaurant is always clean! I always order the Large Messy Nachos, sub Chicken, Sub Queso, no peppers, no sour cream. It comes out right every time! Friendly staff behind the counter, and the guy that cleans the tables.
My favorite fast food Mexican restaurant by far and away!!! I wish they weren't so strict on their franchise policies so it could spread to other states. I hope they never change the food like Taco Tico did and collapse to nothing.
Taco Casa is the best place to go after practices, the tacos are amazing and don't even get me started on the sopapias. Other mexican restaurants can be good sometimes and bad other times, but Taco Casa is always a 10/10.
I just sat in line at taco casa for $25 dollars worth of food. I get to the window and hand the tall guy that wears a pink hooded sweatshirt that runs the drive thru my debit card. He takes it, swipes it and hands it back and tells me my food will be out shortly. As I'm waiting I notice he's hiding behind the wall that seperates the drive thru and the people on the line. Come to find out he is digging in both nostrils with both hands and he rolls whatever he pulled out in both of his hands and turns around and picks up both of my bags. Obviously without washing the nastiness that he dug out from his nostrils. I confronted him about the situation and he was very imbabaraced "obviously"and gave me a nice apology as he hands me my bags. Never again will I visit that establishment again.
