I ordered 2 stake quesadillas with extra stake and this is what they gave me one of them had no stake and the other with some pieces of meat

Carbonated water. No syrup in Diet Pepsi. I was shorted $1 in change. Drive thru was only open. I didn't feel like getting back in line to address the issue. Employees need to slow down. No receipts given, either.
This has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. But at this location it took a long time to get our food, and a couple other customers experienced the same thing.
Ordered inside, waited 30 minutes still had not received order I had to leave so I wouldn't be late back to work, never received food :(
The service was ok but the new stake white hot ranch fries are a rip-off. They are good but not enough fries for the money
I just bought lunch from this location this afternoon and I was beyond disappointed. My taco shell and my nacho chips were stale. I asked for nacho cheese on my chalupa and there wasn't any. I asked for extra meat,cheese, and sour cream on my nachos and there wasn't any. The only thing that was fresh was the soda. I usually get better service than this, but today was just awful.
Very good Taco Bell. Went in for lunch yesterday and for once in a real long time, the food actually looked like the menu pictures! Good job. I failed to get the young man’s name working the food line, but I did commend him on his creations prior to leaving the store. The reason I did not give them 5 Stars is because the floor in the prep area had ALL KINDS of food stuffs on the floor. Not only was it distracting and presented a sloppy appearance it was a safety hazard for the employees. Leadership e.g. management sould have prevented this condition. Other than that, I was pleased.
Over charged me. Drive thru menu stated one price, employees stated another price. Food was mediocre at best. Employees need more training on what to do a d say in certain situations. Over all this place just suxs
Only had a few minutes on lunch so I pulled in here hoping there wasn’t a line. There was, but it moved very quickly, the service was friendly, and everything was prepared properly and delicious. Best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in years!
Came in right before lunchtime. No long line, so no long wait. Staff was quick to prepare our food, and even though there was a mishap with missing cinnamon twists, they were very kind and gave replacements. Overall possibly one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to!
