Very nice. Clean. Bathroom were in stellar condition.Koi pond very nice touch.There was a feeling of cheerfulness in the air. Dim lighting contributes to the feel good feeling.
We were seated quickly, service was fast and friendly. The food was amazing! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
The wait time to be seated in the dining area is extremely slow. Went to the restaurant on a very slow week night and was told there was a 20 minute or more wait to be seated. The dining area was almost empty. We went to another local restaurant and was seated immediately. This place is always slow to seat you and the service is slow as well. There are too many other good restaurants in the local area where you can receive much better service.
This place used to be amazing but we went there for my daughter in laws birthday and the chef was poorly trained and was not even mildly entertaining. He dropped hot noodles on my hand as he was trying to hit the plate. The service was beyond terrible. Numerous times the orders were wrong and the refills on the drinks were almost non existent. The worst of it was when we asked for the bill we were left along for over 20 minutes before anyone came to get a payment. At this point I went to the front and expressed my displeasure. The person that was playing manager (as he was unqualified to be one) asked if someone had been there over there to help us which was odd as I told him that was why we were upset. He then turned around and continued to work behind the bar after a parting sorry from him. I tried to engage him asking is that all he had to say and I was ignored at this point. It is a shame to see such an amazing place fall so far. I hope the owners take notice but I assume the same lack of enthusiasm for service and customers extends to the top of the ownership team.
I picked up dinner here because Stix was closed . The food was horrible, the yum yum sauce is watered down … like WATER ! They are rude but I’m kinda use to that. The food was just tasteless and a total waste of money. I definitely will not be returning
Everting is good with the food, but the payment is a mess. You can not pay with visa their terminal do not receive the payment. If you are from Mexico avoid having a misunderstanding that they can not charge you and send you to an ATM.
Like normal food was good but the manager on staff was extremely rude to other patrons at our table. When they continued to order about portion sizes and service, the manager told him he didn’t care about reviews and that they ate too much anyways. Previously my favorite place for Japanese but out of the way. So I will definitely not be back and will just find a closer place. They have downsized the portion sizes but upped the price.

Sushi was not good, but the hibachi grill food was very good. Soup was the best I've ever had, but the salad was lacking in dressing and the dressing seemed watered down. The food was cooked perfectly and our chef was quite friendly and fun.
This place made us wait for half an hour, while the family next to us had been waiting for 45 minutes and nobody has started on our food. I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s incredibly overpriced for such a small portion.
