Placed an order online near the place that I work at and they even delivered it to me! Rashi and Rory are the best! Rashi knows basically everyone by name and has the best customer service I have seen. She should be promoted pronto! I love this subway and will continue to use it! Very clean inside.
this particular subway was nice, met one of the staff that was working there, one boy and one girl, of course the girl had Socials so i added her and now we are good friends, never doubt Subway
My last two visits have been awful for online order pickup. Incident 2: There is a staff change I believe and during my most recent visit, I got a burnt Italian bread, food full of salt in my footlong. My another order which was a chicken wrap - was not mixed properly and had all the chicken filled at the bottom and all salt content inside chicken and not in the other part.Incident 1:Before this visit, the new guy whom I saw for the first time, made me wait more than the estimated pickup time over there as he was busy in assisting other people. When I asked him about my order, he was rude and told me I 'm the only one working here. Once I got my order (containing two foot long) , the breads that I indicated in my order were different. I had the same excess salt related issues in this order as well.Reported my experience both the times via Subway online form and I asked for a refund with couple of follow up emails during Incident 1 and I didn't get any response from the manager.I have shared Incident 2 related photos to the manager via email and will update this post if I receive any response from them.I never had any issues before my last two visits with the new staff member I saw both the times.
Clean restaurant and the two people that were there were sooo nice and helpful and treated me and my family with the upmost respect will definitely go back thank y'all for helping us out and being patient with my silly goofy girls

Quality service ? everything nice and clean
Ordered through the app. Came to store. Was told by the employee that was still there they closed early. Nothing on the app, and received a confirmation email. Worst of all, although they had my phone number, no one called me to notify me. Waste of time. Won’t do it again.
I went to a Subway in Birmingham Alabama on parkway East store they are not honoring the 50% off this is very inconvenience
