The workers were very nice and very prompt as well as the clean atmosphere and warm welcome you get as soon as you walk in

I was so unhappy to hear about the racist actions that took place with Dayshwan at your Location in Westport. As someone who was a loyal Starbucks customer it is important for me to speak out on issues that affect me as African American. To put up with racism and then expect him to comply with being disrespected and do not stand behind him in solidarity immense solidarity says a lot about USA brand in a company. It is with joy in my heart that I say farewell to a brand that does not support his employees shame on you for supporting racist customers.
Sat in drive-thru for 5 minutes waiting for some acknowledgment that I was there… nothing. Figured it would be better to go inside and order.. nope doors are locked.
I don’t think I could possibly say enough good things about this place!! All of the employees are always so kind and always make sure you leave with a smile on your face. They are really fast, and try to make sure they can get your order out as quickly as possible. They’ve never gotten my order wrong, and even at their busiest times I’m never there more than 10 minutes. They take the time to get to know their customers, and genuinely care about them. They have gone out of their way for me multiple times, when they didn’t have to. The store is very community oriented, and I’ve seen that they hold events to celebrate certain things for the community. If you’re around this side of town I HIGHLY recommend you stop in! I can honestly say if this place gets a bad review, it’s because the customer (the one reviewing) is just a soulless jerk and NOT because of the service they received at this location.
Visited the Starbucks in five points and this was my first time here and the service and pink drink I had were good really good. The only downside is I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. This is a very long time for a person to wait for such a small order. I noticed other customers yelling into the speaker asking hello r u open? I was literally stuck in line due to where I was in line. This is to long to wait in any drive thru. Other then that I enjoyed my pink drink. I would recommend trying. I just wouldn't recommend if your in a hurry. No quick eats here.THIS AREA IS GOING TO BE HOST FOR ALOT OF PEOPLE SOON. THE WORLD GAMES ARE COMING TO OUR TOWN. FIVEPOINTS WE NEED TO BE READY. OUR COMMUNITY COULD BE A LEADER.
I LOOOOOVE STARBUCKS! A Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle and a expresso shot is my absolute favorite! The double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich and a cheese Danish are my other go to. And they have an app where you can accumulate points!

I asked for oat milk and I was given regular milk twice. I am lactose intolerant so my day was not great after drinking my coffee. I gave them two chances to get it correct. I will not be back.
