Went yesterday and my drink was completely wrong I kindly asked for a new one and the girl had a attitude and told me that’s what I ordered I’ve never been talked to that way by a Starbucks employee I ended up throwing the drink away! Completely disappointed
Coffee is always good here. Staff is friendly. Just don't go in the rush of morning unless you call ahead. Place is very busy.

The sweetness in the drinks of Starbucks here is lighter than Starbucks in California. My guest is probably people in Alabama have less sweet taste.
Employees are VERY NICE,POLITE & FRIENDLY!!! I was in Decatur Al for 3weeks n CDL training & it was the same everyday I walked in!!!!
These employees were amazing! They definitely deserve a raise! And they made me the best coffee I have ever tasted!!
Never quite sure when the dining room will be open or you're going to have to wait in the extremely long drive-thru line. It's a very busy location. Food, drinks, and staff are great though.
Mistakes happen, but when it inconvenience people in the morning on the way to work. I come to this Starbucks every other morning. The cashier had a funky attitude, idk his name, I told him the order was wrong and he said “well I didn’t make it” IDC WHO MADE IT quite frankly because those extra 10 seconds order takers can take to make sure they read custom orders out could save people from being late to work waiting on you to remake. Maybe he needs the day off or to be making drinks because your customer service was trash today and could cost this business money and lost clientele. Oh have a good day since your cashier couldn’t say it or apologize for getting it wrong. New cashier please it was today around this time
Do not come here... Waited 25 minutes and had to leave. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS you have 30 mins to spare. The Hoover locations are quicker then this location plus you can order ahead of time!
Can only go through the drive thru. So mobile ordering isn't an option. They were fairly quick. Friendly based on my interaction. :)
