No paper towels in bathroom. Told the manager who gave me a blank stare. Trash can full. Bathroom floor filthy and flies in lobby. Every worker was more interested in chatting than doing their job. This a first Starbucks I have come across which is poorly managed.
Decent location. Just plan on spending at least 20-25 minutes in line.

There was a REALLY long line when I arrived, to my dismay; however, it went super fast and the employees were friendly and my order was correct. A++ experience.
Little longer wait than necessary because of the vehicle in front of me and the window barista's hesitance to move them along. Coffee and cake pop were good though.
Went with my daughter's for the first time. Had a blast. Everyone was so friendly. Very clean. Really enjoyed myself. Would very much recommend.
Honestly not sure why I go back to this location except it is the closest one to my house for miles! I have ordered on the app 5 out of 6 days this week so I haven't even had to go to the register. Only 1 of the 5 days did a single employee speak to me yet Everyday they are talking, laughing, and carrying on...weekend plans, what they did last night, about customers on the drive thru....just poor customer service!!!!
Great selection of drinks, coffee favorites, snacks, meal options & gifts. Awesomely nice & knowledgeable staff that are customer ready & super cute location.
This location is never open for business past 11am everyday. I'm really not sure how they manage to operate at all. This location is likely to shut down in the foreseeable future. I wish I could threaten to take my business elsewhere but it's obvious they don't really want it. I guess I'll go fight the Galleria traffic then.
The best tea that I love so much is called medicine ball. When I feel a cold coming down this is what I order. I think everyone should try this if you haven't already. Thanks sis for letting me know about "medicine ball".
